    It’s a very hard process.
We went through two unsuccessful rounds before we got pregnant our third. We lost him after birth to medical complications we found out about at 18weeks. It was very hard to choose to do another round and it was another unsuccessful one (all 5 rounds we did were fresh not frozen). In 2019 we finally brought home a healthy baby. This was a 7 year journey, so take your time to heal.

So sorry for your loss. I had 2 losses when I was around your age. I am 39 now. I am in my IVF journey now and on day 2 of stims. One thing I will say is that your age is on your side and if there is ANY part of you that thinks you would like to give it another shot go for it when you are ready. I. REALLY wish I hadn't waited so long bc I am just now finding out about my endometriosis (had laparascopic surgery in Dec) and now have diminished ovarian reserve. Whatever you decide though it is 100% your decision and never let anyone tell you different. One nice thing about being in your older 30s is that you really stop caring what other people think LOL. I would gently suggest maybe getting a second opinion on your endometritis to see if you can do anything else to help it. At least that may help you feel that you've done everything you can. Much love to you!

I’m so sorry. I cried while watching the video bc we all know that IVF journey is not an easy one! I’ve also had multiple surgeries 2 retrieval’s, 1 fresh and 1 frozen. It was all too much for me. I had to take a break. Ivf takes such a big emotional toll. I had to take a 7 month break to save my sanity. I did another transfer in June and got my BFP! Currently 9 wks pregnant. Do your 3 rd transfer at your own time and when both of you feel ready. Thinking about you guys!

I am sooooo sorry for your loss. I know your pain. We had a early miscarriage at 8 weeks in 2019 and now a stillbirth April 2020 at 22+3 weeks. It all hurts so bad and I am so sorry you had to experience this level of heartbreak. Our family is sending you love and baby dust. Your story is very informative and I know this video will help educate so many people going through this journey 💗 sending you love!

My husband and I are going through IVF now. We are 26 and 27. After 2 ectopic pregnancies I know exactly how you feel, both times we only got to be excited for two weeks. It was the happiest two weeks of our life. The second one was during covid April 30-May 1st and my husband wasn’t even allowed to come into the hospital to comfort me. Both times was literally the saddest moments that I have ever experienced in my life. I’m so sorry my love, but continue to have faith because it is NOT over. Would love to follow you on IG if you’d like to share 💖

At about 8 minutes into the video, and i have issues with how they treated your chronic endometritis! My doctor in NYC did research on this. He found that women treated with a high dose of antibiotics had better results when on it for 15 days or more! When i had my biopsy (not surgery), it was positive. My doctor put me on 21 days of 1000mg of augmentin and 1000mg of flagyl per day (split into two doses). Then we had a biopsy after my next period to let the bad lining shed (not right after your antibiotics). As i was waiting for my results, i had another period, and by then we found out it was negative! I am now surprisingly pregnant naturally. It only took three weeks and two biopsies, nothing invasive like a surgery. I feel if you followed a similar protocol, it would’ve saved you a lot of time.
Now 15 minutes in, and even more annoyed that he “doesn’t know” if it even affects your ability to get pregnant. IT DOES. I couldn’t get pregnant for 19 cycles because of CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS.
I’m so sorry for your loss :( i hope your endometritis gets cleared and you can have your miracle baby soon.

All I can say is don't give up if having a family is your dream. I have endometriosis also, and it can mess with your egg quality. We've been through 5 year's of infertility, 6 surgeries, IUI's, IVF, IVF with donor eggs, one miscarriage with a transfer, a molar pregnancy with a spontaneous pregnancy on our own, and chemical pregnancy on our own. All those losses were extremely hard, but now I look at it as at least we now know I can get pregnant. I'm going to keep trying until I get that rainbow baby. I so hope you guy's get yours too, your not alone!

Hey lovely, I’m so sorry you’re going through such a hard time. I had my own loss last year and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. I don’t think you realise the impact something like that has until you go through it. Please take care of yourself and be kind to yourself. One of the most helpful things for me since then has been Accupuncture, I find it really relaxing and if you find a good one they can almost act as a therapist while also providing some hormone support through the treatment itself. A really helpful book I’ve found is ‘it starts with the egg’, it has some really good info in it and it’s quite interesting to read, I found it was also nice to read as it kind of gave me a focus and a bit of a plan. Best wishes on your journey xxx

Definitely cried along with you! I’m so amazed by your strength through this! I also had a failed IVF cycle 6 weeks ago. I had to wait through COVID until the elective surgeries opened up. Waited on birth control for the call that we could begin from March until June. Then completed my cycle in July, and it failed completely. We had 20 eggs, but by the end no embryos to freeze. We transferred 2 but they didn’t make it to blastocyst. I’m 31 and eggs and uterine lining aren’t my problem either. I have endo and the doctor attributes that to why it didn’t work. She has me on a shot I take once a month for 3 months called Lupron Depot. It completely stops my ovarian function and is putting me into a menopause state. But it’s supposed to reduce the endo inflammation. If you ever decide to try again, you might ask your doctor about it. It might solve your uterine infection. If Lupron Depot works for me in December when I get to try again, I’ll shout it from the rooftops. Wishing you the best. Your story has inspired me, I may share mine on UA-cam as well.

But now we are back on schedule and should be doing our first frozen transfer next week. I’ve wanted to give up many times but I am not going to quit. I am pretty positive that you can become pregnant on your own, you have many many years to keep trying. I have been diagnosed recently with stage 3 to 4 endometriosis and i have been doing my research on surgery for this because your general ob-gyn's are not qualified enough. Have you had the endometriosis lasered or have you seen an endometriosis specialisy that can do excision surgery, which is classed as the gold standard surgery to help remove the endo. highly recommend you join the Nancy's Nook facebook group to understand endometriosis and its affects on fertility. She also has a list of recommended specialists that do excision surgery. I'm from the UK and like you had no symptoms at all but scans showed I had 2 cysts (1 on each ovary). When they did the laparoscopy they found it was endometriosis and removed as much as possible. But the laser surgery they did can cause scar tissue and can affect you more than do good. So through Nancy's fb group educated myself on the condition and what it means for me going forwatd. I have found a UK based endo specialist through the group who has a surgery only 20 minutes down the road from me. Will definitely be seeking his advice and possible excision surgery as me and my other half do want to try for a baby in the next year. I hope this info helps xx

So sorry for your losses. Just wanted to comment and ask if you had pgd/pgs testing on the embryos?
If not I would suggest doing that if you end up doing a retrieval again. I had 7 embryos and only 2 that were genetically “normal”. I would have had 5 mc until I found one of the 2 “normal” ones if I did not have the pgd info and just tried to implant any of them. It’s expensive but worth it for us and actually saved us money in the long run. I believe you can unfreeze and pgd test the embryos then freeze again. Not sure if that hurts the integrity of the embryo just a thought. Hugs to you.

We unfortunately cannot do PGS testing as our insurance said they will not cover any of the costs associated with it. We’ve asked them to review that request a few times and unfortunately even though we have great coverage, they have decided that it is not necessary which is so unfair.

Hi. I’m actually looking into ivf I’ve had 6 miscarriages in the past and basically my only option left is ivf and like u said they would test them cus that might be my issue. I just wanted to know if you don’t mind me asking how much is it roughly?

This is bad information. You would not have had 5 miscarriages. That's not even how that works.
      1. "Bad" embryos can still lead to full term pregnancies.
      2. The bad ones rarely stick.
      3. Some "bad" embryos have trysomy 21 (Downs Syndrome) which is not the end of the world.
      4. Testing causes cell damage. They could be destroying good ones just to test.
      So, remove your ill-informed comment.
