This sounds different now.. I miss Chester's nerve, his CRY for help in his voice that brought me chills and tears everytime... He was one of a kind and sang a song like he had an open wound... Anyway, thank you, good job, this guy sings really well and I shouldn't compare him to C. Maybe it's just because I miss him so much and now everything seems different without him.
I cannot say that this song is my favourite, because I love ALL Grey Daze songs the same. They all are just perfect, and Chester sounds perfect in them... this is good and moving performance. really. but even when I listen to this performance, deep in my head Cester's voice sounds louder than my headset :'( oh Chester, what have you done... can't keep from weeping. can't accept that this heartrending voice will never sound on stage... no. this cannot be true. He IS ALIVE! Otherwise, how can I hear him?
What a beautiful, moving acoustic performance. Chester would be proud. Grey Daze is one of my favourite bands of all time and it makes me happy to hear your songs being performed again, even if the occasion is sad. But we'll heal and Chester will live on in the music forever.
Thank you Grey Daze for being apart of Chesters Life. I couldn't imagine the emptiness that you guys feel loosing a long time friend like Chester Bennington. I have never felt this kind of loss other than loosing my Son to a chronic illness 5yrs ago. Last year when Chester left us behind it helped me cope better due to knowing he is in a safe place now singing with the Angels, including my Son in Heaven above. I look up and know this to be true. Peace and Love sent your way.
