How about reading up on the reasons for which some have forbidden the practice of human organ donation and in situations where this applies. It would inform you on a difference of opinion you don't hold.
As a side note, as the largest world organ trafficking nation, I think it's important to reflect on what such a culture does to poor people who sell their organs for survival. It's not exclusively about the exchange of organs alone. There's a whole industry within this practice that stands to exploit human vulnerability.
