You and I have had a very similar experience. Although morbid, I find comfort in the fact that I am not alone in my struggles. I really do enjoy watching your videos.
I was predispositioned to liver issues as well. My mom died from liver failure along with heart failure, pancreatic failure, kidney failure, lung failure, etc. diabetes wreaked havoc on her. Great job on 2 years of sobriety.
@@Redneckkenobi it was 21 years ago. I had no idea about liver issues and all of that. Only found out later when I was diagnosed with moderate fatty liver but kept drinking thinking that I knew better 🤕

@@5thdimension954 my mother didn't drink. She was born with juvenile diabetes that later wreaked havoc due to her ignoring her diabetes for many years. She was a heavy smoker though which didn't help matters. But thank you for your kind words and thoughts.
@@miganhawkins8390 I’m sorry about your losing your mother. I hope I didn’t offend you with my presumptive comment, I didn’t mean any offense. I too lost my mother when I was very young (18) due to colon cancer and her liver due to lymph involvement. I’m glad you’re healthy and I’m healthy and we realize every day is a blessing. I’m on total keto diet because I would likely have a fatty liver if i didn’t stop sugar and white flour. I’m not a drinker or smoker thankfully and I plan on staying healthy.
Congrats for two years!! Your videos are very engaging. You maintain my interest throughout the video, which is hard to do on youtube!! I wish you the best and a long happy healthy life.
