Beautiful enclosure. 😮🫶 I was today years old when I found out corn snakes are arboreal. Snappy little snappers😂. Got your workout for the day with them.
Thank you for sharing your friends with us and being a guardian of turtles..and various other animal friends! As a South Jersey/pine lands resident I’m looking forward to having some pass through the yard this year. We had a young box turtle spend a large part of the summer in our yard, such a blessing
Wow, that enclosure is superb, and your additions are so thoughtful of the animals' needs - and of the viewers', from an esthetic sense. You have a real gift for 'furnishing' their homes. I hope your sweet snake and the gorgeous turtle family will live happily ever after in their little slice of the pine barrens.
Hi Chris Love the new Toad Ranch Enclosure for the spotted turtle, and that beautiful corn snake. Happy Sunday. Have a great Easter. Those were two huge snapping turtles.❤🐢Cindy
Chris, you are a legend! Getting those snapping turtles out of that pond was epic! Making us wait until next week - not so much. Huge thanks to Toad Ranch for hooking you up with such an amazing habitat. But let's be real - they only gave you the skeleton. You're the one who filled the cage in and made it a home for those 2 beautiful species to co-hab. Those tiny turtles are adorable! Thank you for showing us what's possible!🎉🐢 🎉 🐍 🎉
Your Pine Barrens paludarium looks incredible. I have a vivarium for my corn snake that I’m really proud of but I could improve it and you gave some helpful decorating tips, thank you!
The spotted turtle enclosure came out beautiful.I grew up in South Jersey too but now live in Florida so it’s always nice to see a piece of the pine barrens
Blessings to GST. What a lovely snake and turtle enclosure. It is beautiful and so perfect for those species. Looking forward to seeing more of Janet and Unit the huge common snapping turtles. They are quite the specimens.
I love how you waited until dead branches fell off before using them on the enclosure. That's respect for our Mother Terra. Most people would just cut and take depending on their needs, much appreciated Chris. Awesome enclosure btw, the level of detail you guys put into making it looking feel like a natural habitat is unmatched. Cheers, DB
The enclosure was absolutely amazing and the minute you got unit out of the water I was like okay it looks like he's lost some weight that shall be at the back of the shell on his legs ain't quite as bad
I thought for sure that you were going to release fence lizards and/or ground skinks in this enclosure. Great job. Im a “Barrens” enthusiast myself snd just found your fantastic channel. Your work is fantastic. Well done👍🏻🇺🇸.
AW MAN such a tease, came to see about the new turtles and then heard something about the snappers . was all like " hell yeah lemme see dem chonkers, legit my fave turtle species in the whole wide world" O_O have to wait till next week for a video about them JUST OUT OF MY GRASP NUUUUU * turtle tantrum*
I enjoyed this video so much. I’ve never seen the N. A. Spotted turtle, and I didn’t know you need a permit to own a wild, normal, N. A. Corn snake. That habitat though, is extremely gorgeous!
I've been curious for a while, who's making the chirping/squeaking noises while you're inside? Whomever it is is quite loud! lol. The new enclosure looks great! Glad to see Unit and Janet doing great as well!
Impressive, Chris you have the mind of an interior decorator, and an ease with tools, lol, nice skill set. Really looks great, and I love those adorable little spotted turtles that look like they have the night sky on their carapace. Awesome job! Thanks for taking us along, looking forward to next week.🐢🐍❤️👍
Hey Chris, you definitely don't need to go to a gym for a workout! I love your new enclosure and both snake and turtles look so cool in it. Wish turtles could talk and give a rating on all the environments you've given them...like which ones they like the most! Happy Easter to your family.
I love the new enclloosure. I think Unit took you for a Nantucket sleigh ride. He sure is a strong one. I sure hope you didn't strain your moving those two around. Great videos as always.
I love these beautiful little spotted turtles! It’s so exciting to see them in their new home. I lived in South Jersey for many years and I miss the pine barrens so this was a treat 😊
Finally came over here from Tik Tok and Insta, your videos are as engaging, fun, and informative as ever! Sidenote: is there... a cockatiel in the reptile room?? I've heard those background beeps before, and now I'm more sure than ever that's what it sounds like :0
Spectacular enclosure-every detail is ‘spot on’! I’m with you Chris, I’d love to live there, too! Best of all, I learned something today-I had no idea that there were American spotted turtles! A wee blast from the past-I couldn’t help but think about the eponymous Sopranos episode that took place in the Pine Barrens. That was my intro to that part of NJ.
My female box turtle is acting weird( wondering around aimlessly) now that it’s April the beginning of breeding season. Is there anything I need to do? Do I need to deliver to a box turtle conservation place to be breed and let them keep the eggs. Because I still want to keep my pet box turtle. I take very well care of her.
When you’re inside what’s that whooping sound? At first I thought some alarm was going off in my house but after a couple of videos I realized it’s something over there.
You build fantastic terrariums. But why waste electricity on animals that feel much more comfortable outside in your climate? I would have used the space for a tropical species.
It's always so entertaining and enlightening to watch one of your new habitat videos. So happy these turtles have a great new home where we can see them too.
Love your vids!🎉
Happy Resurrection Sunday!!!
Love the new enclosure with the snake❤ and seeing Janet and Unit.
Beautiful enclosure. 😮🫶 I was today years old when I found out corn snakes are arboreal. Snappy little snappers😂. Got your workout for the day with them.
Do the females fight over males?
It’s the other way around for turtles. 👍🏻
First
Nah bro
You guys are running out of space with all those enclosures. It's almost time for another facility! 🤩
- Yeah, they need a new house 🏠 😊😅
Thank you for sharing your friends with us and being a guardian of turtles..and various other animal friends!

Wow! Those snapping turtles are massive!❤😂

Happy Easter. I had a spotted turtle for many years when I was a kid.

Janet and Unit are looking so much healthier already.
Great enclosure... Looks awesome
What an amazing enclosure!!
LOL..........Casey "Yeah that's his front end." 🤣 And what an amazing new enclosure! You guys are not only conservationists but artists. Beautiful!
interior design for turtles…❤
I love the way you all make their homes seem so real
Thanks for your educational videos.
you should put bunny ears on Otis’s shell. And happy Easter!
Nooo... Next Sunday is too far away 😔. I'll be impatiently waiting. See you then.

What a beautiful enclosure, I love it. Can't wait to see more footage of the cohabitation of the habitants.

At 4:00 it becomes a satisfying/ASMR video for 15 seconds. 😂
That is absolutely an awesome enclosure! Thank you so much for the work you do for those amazing creatures and for sharing it all with us! ❤🐢🐍❤

Happy Resurrection Day!
Big fan of the spotted turtles. grew up with them in MD
"C'mon buddy... I got you! Woo oo ooo " (as Unit lets you know that you are mistaken, he has YOU)😅😅😅
Unit looks like he's lost weight. Love the new habitat. Great job guys ❤
Janet just wanted a kiss 💋
This video was awesome! New spotted turtle habitat looks so natural!! Well done! Hoping to care for a Spotted one day!
The enclosure was absolutely amazing and the minute you got unit out of the water I was like okay it looks like he's lost some weight that shall be at the back of the shell on his legs ain't quite as bad
You should consider a polarized pair of sun lenses which will allow you to see through water?
Brown lenses would be better for your shady areas.
GREAT build! I'd say you're right, BEST EVER!
Awesome enclosure!

O_O have to wait till next week for a video about them
JUST OUT OF MY GRASP NUUUUU * turtle tantrum*
My take? "Yay, we get to see them again next week!" They still do have some thunder thighs, don't they? It will be interesting to see their progress.
Typing this before I watch the video --
Otis will NEVER live outdoors, will he?
And back to our regularly-scheduled programming!
I enjoyed this video so much. I’ve never seen the N. A. Spotted turtle, and I didn’t know you need a permit to own a wild, normal, N. A. Corn snake. That habitat though, is extremely gorgeous!

They have a parrot! He's discussed it in comments on other videos

@Garden State Tortoise - Clemys Gutata.. It would be an absolute thrill if you could share a visit by David Carroll (Year of the Turtle) ❤️
🌴

Unit & Janet are so BIG!!! Kudos to you for being able to carry them Chris!!! 👏👏
Such a beautiful enclosure! I would be living the dream with that, too. And would polarizing glasses help you see past the glare into the water?
I love the new enclloosure. I think Unit took you for a Nantucket sleigh ride. He sure is a strong one. I sure hope you didn't strain your moving those two around. Great videos as always.
- 12:08 Do you have a clear plastic covering the water or ? I am *so, so* confused. You missed showing so many steps loll.
Those snappers get any bigger you’re going to need a crane! Beautiful enclosure for my favorite turtle…polka dots!
The Otis plushy is cool….but….can one be designed with an extended neck? (Like the real Otis)
The enclosure looks stunning! I'm sure they all will love it 😊
Love the new enclosure. It is neat that the Toad Ranch enclosures look like furniture not "just a tank" but a lovely habit.
Thank you for all the work you do! It's genuinely inspirational 😊💖
Beautiful enclosure! Well done!
Wow . . . Toad Ranch has done it again! Well Done TR!
And well done Team Leone for all you do for the herps in the Garden State!
I love these beautiful little spotted turtles! It’s so exciting to see them in their new home. I lived in South Jersey for many years and I miss the pine barrens so this was a treat 😊
Wow! Didn't know you need to be a Jack-of-all-trades to be a scientist!
Beautiful! I think this setup is top notch!
Some Rainbow shiner fish would look great in that tank!
Super Great! How much your electric? Just wonder 🤔 I love turtle's too 🥰
Bruh I love when yall get a new toad ranch in. Those enclosures always give great inspiration
I think it is time to figure out some kind of cargo net carrying net so two of can carry the snapping turtles.
when adding natural substrate to inside enclosures like these. do you bake it 1st to sterilize it or not?
Absolutely love this set up!
You guys are epic with the show room! I love your videos, I watch every week
I live out here in the pine barons, and all the water is so Tanic from the pine. but I love how yours has Clearwater
The enclosure is beautiful ❤ and the struggle is real with Janet and unit 😂
love turtles, nice work
Great enclosure❤🎉
What other arboreal reptiles could cohabit with the turtles that aren’t snakes?
The NJ Pine Barrens?! Otis vs. The Jersey Devil when? 😅
Chris is in Hyper-Bob Ross mode today, isn't he?
Another great vid .
Wow those snapping turtles are just amazing❤❤❤❤
Tell me Janet doesn't have the cutest face though!!
I was cringing so hard when you waded into that water.
That face at the end was very grumpy. 🤣
That enclosure came out amazing!
Absolutely awesome new enclosure!
Fishing waders next time! 😂
That terrarium is awesome❤❤😂😂
Did anyone else hear Janet giggling?😊
Those are some chunky snappers
I love spoted turtles

VERY cool🎉

It would be cool to see a video of how all your enclosures are doing with footage of the animals living it up. This build looks amazing. Great job!

Love watching your videos!Thanks Chris!
The pine barrens are my favorite biome! I fell in love with the Pine barrens on Cape Cod.
Wont the turtles take bites out of the snake and it's tail?
They will not. Obviously I would have not done this had that been the case. 👍🏻
It's always so entertaining and enlightening to watch one of your new habitat videos. So happy these turtles have a great new home where we can see them too.
Ya gotta get ya a stick, to prod around with and feel for the hard shell when the water is too murky to see.
Tortoises are 100% my favorite animal,
found a baby snapping turtle today in my yard!
This habitat is incredible!!!!
