The company is investing a billion dollars in India and will be transferring white collar jobs. We are also working on implementing automation and AI to eliminate some jobs and also remove some blue collar as well. The next 5 yrs will be hell so hold on for the ride and pray you can make it. Businesses are not providing Full Time Jobs. Because they would have to Pay Holliday Pay, Overtime, Sick Leave, and other pays like Medical Leave and more.
Businesses are not selling because people are not buying from many businesses.
So taxes are going Up on Businesses Property TAXES. And Businesses are not making the sales money to pay the Taxes.
Many older people are getting into work again to make some additional money 💰 because older people are short of money 💰.
Some Businesses have Raised the cost of Services and Materials.
Emptying a Septic Tank at a home used to cost, $150.00. 3 years ago.
Today, those Businesses are charging over $500.00 to Empty the tanks.
That is Two Times UP on the price..
