Another incredibly informative video! There are not a lot if any people that address these issues and explain in such detail the material you discuss. Thanks so much!

Great design and use. I made one very similar about 15 years ago, but I made a slot in the sled for stops so they were in the sled, using the table T-track. I used T-bolts to reposition the fence, on T-tracks, and had it mounted with long screws and handles behind so that I could move it in a parallel fashion by turning the knobs equally. I never did figure out how to do that efficiently. I rabbeted the slide(s) to fit in the T-track so that it wouldn't accidentally raise up in the back. My slides were only about 2-inches long on each side of the sled, not the whole width. I eventually added adjustable hold down clamps to the fence. Mine won't handle as large of material as this one, and I can't do curved pieces. I am definitely going to incorporate your ideas into my next version.
Cutting mortises so that gravity helps you with the shavings rather than hindering is HUGE. THANKS for posting this video!!

It was easy to make, and I am finding it very helpful. I searched the internet and could not find anything similar. Surprising that has not been done before.
