- It weirds me out to see employees being called consultants. Human Resources Consultants are third-party, external professionals. One thing for sure, I don't see myself having that as my ultimate career goal anymore.

Really enjoyed this and have actually come across internal HR Consultants as well. Very interesting dynamic perspective and responsibility they can provide for sure.
I’m so shocked to see them popping up. Such a new thing but very interesting.
There are also HR Consultant staffing agencies as well. So that'll be a good way for someone to use their experience and also understand how start your own HR consulting. It's good money but crappy benefits. I've done 4 month projects to 8 months projects

Great video, do you help train someone that is considering going into consulting? I'm an HR pro 12+ years... don't want to work a traditional schedule anymore
