I really hope they get licensed customization one day,maybe in the next game. We need to be able to customize everything from the shifter nob,handbrake,lugnuts,the coloring of the tubes for turbos and intercoolers, i mean everything. It would truly bring the franchise to the next level i hope they can get some inspiration from car x drift or gran turismo the customization in those games are crazy.
I bought Need for Speed Heat just because you can swap the engines and how they sound different and so gooood You can even alter the exhaust resonance and the forced induction!
TCM has amazing car sounds already. I loved it myself when playing the insider and beta. Graphics look stunning and I enjoyed every bit of the game when playing it. I am waiting for initial release before it launches
TC3 Motorfest really nailed it right now! As a diehard fan of Nijigasaki High School Idol Club and racing games in general, this is what we wanted. BRAVO UBISOFT AND IVORY TOWER!
big thanks, I never played crew 2 or about it till right before I bought the full deluxe of Motorfest. I still love this game but I wonder what the map of the US will be like, I loved Need for Speed Rivals just for the map and lighting and daytime clock
I'll take it back on my opinion about TCM. Physics feel much better than what I saw a month or something ago (although it's still arcadey with air control being much less believable than what San Andreas gave us 19 years ago) But yeah, trees breaking down when getting hit at 10 mph really needs a patch and other than that, definitely an improvement especially that the steering wheel rotation being better than what FH5 has (which is by the way, much more realistic than the whole Crew series)

Of course it's expected to be way better than TC2, since TC2 wasn't even top notch in terms of graphics, so yeah, homework done there... But since Motorfest was firstly supposed to be a DLC/expansion to TC2, don't expect BIG upgrades. Yeah the lighting is way better, giving off a much more realistic look, but geometry is still low, textures are still low, reflexes are a bit better but not really detailed. Overall it did have an upgrade, just not really that big
Can't wait for the contrarians to be like "The Crew 2 actually has better graphics" because if you played the beta, you'll know that it definitely does not

Nice Comparison video. Ubisoft did their best but i think i still have to stay with Forza horizon. i might give this one a try in the future but Forza horizon is still way ahead on some certain features. The only part they did better than Forza is the Steering wheel full rotation animation and the window roll down driver's swag during burnout.
I just hope there is a diffrent The handling and physics when driving it. as been a big "NO NO" from me the last 2 games. don't know if it's becuase i love the driving handling and physics in Forza Motorsport/Horizon feels more realistic and you getting the feeling that you control the car and not the game controlling your driving by having the car stuck on ground.

Lately I am seeing various videos usual physics problems also improved but little usual visibility rendering problem that you can not see at 1 meter in dark areas the usual black spot . @Lightstone13 Forza, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Crew 2 had massive issues from online stability to the headlights not really working. It needed advancements. Still have the same 82 wheels that you can only paint 1 color... at least they added window tint.

The biggest difference to me is all the breakable trees. Those and guardrails were annoying in C2
the old car sounds sounded so electric and fake but the new ones sound a bit more realistic
