Look a youtube reporter from bihar incident what supreme court give there verdict and on similar issue of some other reporter what sc has said.. There is no uniformity in sc verdict for same type of cases.

Despite, their state getting the least in return (₹0.15 paise) for every ₹1 they pay to central treasury? Meanwhile, Bihar gets a whopping ₹5 something?

Political & election funding should only be allowed to individuals, since it is the individual that casts a vote to elect his or her representative.
Corporate funding should be abolished or limited to a certain amount. Privacy laws should not apply to corporate donations because individual share holders may have different political leanings and are kept in the dark about the political funding carried out by these corporates.
Solutions will lie somewhere in between.
