We chose the Sandpiper! You forgot the most important part in the differences! The Sandpiper has much more storage space, which is why we made that choice. There’s an extra closet in the Living Room, an extra linen closet in the master bath, and an extra area in the garage! If you’re not worried about extra storage, then no worries with the Sanderling! A lot of people this may only be a vacation home! We live here permanently and absolutely LOVE Riverland. Thank you for always making your videos. They were a big part in helping us decide when moving from NY!
