The term ubuntu appears in South African sources from as early as the mid-19th century and is a Nguni Bantu term meaning "humanity". It was not started by Mandela and if your going to speak on a subject have ALL the facts.

Great talk but you missed several aspects of what Ubuntu is. Its an artifact that is found in Southern African cultures and not a manifest of Nelson Mandela. Ubuntu is about language, power ceding & accumulation.
