Also if you flip your hair up, MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR CURLING IRION BELOW 400 or your hair will be severely damaged. I use mine at 360, still might be a little to high.

Every morning after I blow dry my hair to get the bed head to go away I’ll dry it about 90% put some hair paste in and then blow dry it a bit more to get it to dry and stay like that, is that bad to do?
Yeah blow drying product in is how u do it, just don't put the product in and blast it with heat for a long time with out moving it. You really don't wanna keep still with the blow dry

Can you do "How much hair fall is normal?" Because when i was in high school i never grow my hair to long hair, but now my hair is longer and i see my hair fall everywhere in my house. Am i going bald!? Or it just normal to have hair falling this much?
The longer your hair, the more hair fall you'll have. If you've ever lived with a woman, you'll understand how much hair can really fall out in the shower. You're probably fine but you can always see a dermatologist if you're actually worried

It's normal to shed about 100 hairs a day.

wdym fluffy, it depends on your hair type
Blowdry your hair the most straight you can, then a straightener but ONE SLOW PASS on each strand and finalize with cold hair to set. It's gonna be amazing for a long time

What can I do if i damaged my hair like this? I did everything u could imagine wrong until I noticed the damage.
If your hair is already damaged by heat tools my experience is that you can of course use deep conditioning Masks as often as twice a week, and if the damage is mostly confined to the ends (often the weakest part) just bite the bullet and cut off as much as necessary to restore your hair to a healthier state. I know how you feel but it WILL grow and be healthy again just takes time and patience.
