    2 Table spoons of mustard
    2 table spoons of garlic
    1 tea spoon of ginger
    The juice and zest of 1 lemon
    Salt to your taste
    1 tea spoon of black pepper
    1 table spoon of mixed herbs(thym, origano, parsley )
    1 onion
    1 seasoning cube (optional )
    For the chilli dip:
    1sweet pepper
    1 onion
    1 chilli
