The inflating enemies thing reminds me of Dig Dug. Only, the character in Dig Dug inflates them until they explode! Klonoa just rides the wind with them.

I really like the Klonoa games, I don't know about this one, because I never played it (I only played 1 and 2 to be honest, these basically being the main games).
And I can't really know if the game is good or not, because you can't take most of Lonely Goomba's reviews as solid criticism. XD
