It's kind of a chicken or egg problem. You can't get your utilities turned on without being a resident but once I come, it would be no fun sitting in my home with no utilities while waiting for that to come on. I wish there was a way to get the utilities turned on before arrival.
In the U.S. (at least in my state), a teen must take 30 hours of classroom instruction, 12 hours of driving instruction with the instructor, 6 hours observing others (during the 12 hours of others instruction as a passenger) for driver education. Since Italy issues a Neo Patente for new drivers regardless if they've been driving for 40 or 50 years already, I have given the requirements for teen driver education. Adults have less requirements.

Perhaps buying a generator would be a good idea.
What you didn’t cover in this series is what the process is to move to Italy if you already have dual citizenship. Have you done a video on that?
