Regardless of age. You might slow your roll. But, never retired.

Judge V does a great job explaining the laws of the State and applying the laws to each case. For me, Judge V listens to both sides and gives each an opportunity to explain their side of the story. We all know there are three sides to every story, his, hers, and the truth.

The spouse who has stayed home all that time raising children & taking care of the household is ready to start spending time together & go on trips or whatever THEY thought life would be like in retirement. They aren’t on the same page with each other & never communicated their own needs & ideas of retirement…they just assumed their partner knew what they wanted. Good communication skills are important in a relationship & even more so when there are life changes.
