I was able to cure this with arch-supporting insoles. They say high arch support is not natural for your feet, but all I'm saying is it solved a 2 year problem for me.

I had this and they just had me use special inserts in my shoes and stretching with a tennis ball. It hurt so much to walk, and was the worst in the morning when I first put my feet down.

    Can you please cover CRPS??
I developed CRPS after a foot injury and was able to go from wheelchair/crutches to being able to run again and do parkour.
I got it after the injury completely HEALED, it was an overreaction to the injury by my body, so through tons of physical and mental therapy and God's grace, I was able to grow new nerves to use instead of the ones my body decided to target with CRPS.

I had this once out of nowhere, I can say it's one of the most annoying pains you can have. Walking hurt like crazy, and the most pain was when going down the stairs. Somehow going up the stairs didn't hurt at all.

I noticed my plantar fascitis felt better when i wore my birkenstock shoes with a heel strap. I did the recommended therapy exercises and then i would sleep with the birkenstock shoe which kept my foot in the flexed position as shown here with the kinestetic tape. Took a few weeks but no surgery needed!
