Go Intel.
Intel = Made in America.
Great video. But let me talk about something important, I see a lot of young people and less young people making mistakes that I think they shouldn't be making. I believe that everyone, young or old investing, should have a business plan that will boost their financial return from three figures to six figures. The investment can be your retirement plan or your future plan, whatever you want, but the most important thing is that you have an investment that is worthwhile.
@Stephanie Jacobs Working with Larry Kent Nick has really changed my life a lot, there was a time when I almost quit trading (investing in cryptocurrencies) due to several losses, but he gave me the opportunity to invest with him, I was able to recover everything. my losses and my profits are linked thanks to his experience and his strategies.
What a coincidence !! . I started working with him a few weeks ago when a friend introduced me to him. The commission he charges is fair compared to his weekly earning efforts. I appreciate Larry's service.

Charley Luckey - DO YOU think scamming people out of the their hard earned money is a good investment for them. LOL. NO, IT'S JUST GOOD FOR YOU. You're are a SCAMMER
Pat does a better job selling Intel stocks to investor than he does selling Intel chips to customers
Well this is not something Intel does for the investors. They are risking the company and I believe this the only way to go. So, yes Pat is a facing a tough situation
They said that about Elon
You are not seeing the big picture, he has managed to add/relaunch 3 new intel chips manufacturing facilities in the last 3 years and will add 5 more in the upcoming 2
Go Intel.
🇺🇸
Look at all those tax loopholes. He should be in prison
We need this to succeed
It might not, huge policy changes and regulations should have enabled Chip fabs to still be operating... so the money to get it started.. wont help it sustain
yes. i just hate these suckers got this bailout again
Intel needs this to suceed

This is very important and something that needs to be done for the us u.s. becoming more independent.
AMD is still kicking INTC ass without this useless manufacturer site. Instead of wasting money on this site, why not use this fund and produce better chips than AMD? Their last earnings report was terrible! No point of having or claiming to have the biggest manufacturer site, when they aren't selling like hot cakes.
Look AMD has a huge merit but let us be clear it was Intel falls of their recent decline. Intel is facing a cruel reality but they’re not turning back they are risking the entire company and the US technological lead to succeed. There is no other way, and AMD is not and will not able to do what Intel is doing
@@leonardoruiz5994 I don't think it is recent declined. Intc stock price is back to 2000s. If $29s cannot hold, we can expect to see $20 level of support.
I really like to see Intel comes back to real innovation and in business as before. It's a very competitive area, but I like the vision of current CEO. Hopefully Intel will get through it.
Ohio, yes, buy an old GM site.
But he wants to do it with as much free money as possible. Never mind the fact that they're going to make billions and billions in profit even if they had to fund this site on their own.
So what. If someone wants to give you free money you should refuse to take it? Who does that?
@@marshabonforte6963 their condition for building the plant was that the government give them money. It's corporate welfare. The problem is , this is a highly profitable corporation. They don't really need the help. But hey, I guess you don't mind your hard-earned tax dollars going to people that don't need it very much. While you're handing out money I'm sure there's plenty of other wealthy people that would like some too. Oh, that's right we already support them with oil subsidies, water subsidies, big pharmaceutical subsidies. All of which support highly profitable corporations. Water subsidies do not go to farmers They go to wealthy landowners.
@@robierahg17 I agree. It’s of Vital Strategic and National Interest that we maintain the ability to manufacture these products within the USA. This may not be true for other industries, so it’s a case by case basis. As for the Class Envy/resentment arguments, I don’t care about that at all. Intel employs hundreds of thousands both directly and indirectly, and millions of Americans are shareholders (including me). Most of us are not Billionaires, congratulations to those who are, but if Intel makes Billions in profits that can only be a good thing.
@@robierahg17 let's start with Taiwan, do you think Intel is going to build their facility in Taiwan. I highly doubt it since they're trying to replace the one that is in Taiwan. Do you think they're going to open it in China? Considering the price of land I sincerely doubt that Japan is an option. From your list that leaves Korea. Do you think with the problems that are happening with China right next to Taiwan that Korea is even an option? They have North Korea sitting across the border who is angrier and more aggressive than China is. There are a lot of benefits to being a corporation operating in the United States. In fact they actually benefit from a tax system that requires them to pay almost no taxes. Sure there's a corporate tax but let us not forget all of the deductions in loopholes the corporations are allowed to use to reduce that burden tremendously. As I said to the other person that responded to my comment if you want to give free money to people that don't need it, so be it. You are certainly entitled to your opinion and me to mine. I think that Intel and other multi-billion dollar corporations get enough benefits from being American corporations. I don't see why we need to hand them free cash as well. If they build this facility on their own they will still make a tremendous amount of profit.
He’s putting up $14billion more than you are. Shut up.
American workers aren't competitive anymore. Tsmc operates with 3 shift per day and their engineers work 24 hours 7 days per week with lower salary. That is why they beat Intel in Taiwan.
This is why we need to address regulations and economic policy first before doing this.. now part of the Chip sector has a golden collar on and is now beholden to the government when they call ..what is going to happen if the Chips aren't competitive?
@@johnstifter it isn't going to happen. Who on earth would vote for a senator who will lower your working condition ? That is exactly the reason why most things are made in asia as most american don't even like working in factories with crappy pay. USA has exported slavery in the form of low pay employees to Asia. American don't want this type of jobs. 3 shifts per day and working at weekend is slavery in the eyes of American.
@@ps3301 the argument has to be made , money is optionality and widening the pay range increases workforce precipitation thus increasing economic activity making money more accessible thus increasing optionality
greedy capitalist should be driven out of OHIO
Cool. You write this message on a phone or PC? Greedy capitalist hypocrite.
Intel is going to create jobs, will maintain the the technological lead of the US (hopefully). It is not a small thing capitalism yes but necessary absolutely
@@leonardoruiz5994 these capitalist should not be near Ohio. What we need is community businesses that relies on trust
I live in Ohio and we’re are all happy to be the upcoming biggest and highest quality chip hub of the world! It is being a ton of jobs all that are well payed! Also it is a huge national security risk if we didn’t have our own massive high tech chip manufacturer. Because right now almost all high quality chips are coming from Taiwan South Korea and Japan. If a war broke out between Taiwan(with Japan and South Korea) and China , we most likely would be completely screwed. That’s why it’s a good idea to build this massive structure in the heart of America.
rent gonna sky rocket in ohio
For all the rebates, tax exemptions and tax incentives. These business should have a requirement on how many jobs they must provide and specified limit on the minimum amount they will pay employees and a contract in place that they will not move sites or offshore any of the jobs that the "exemptions" were to create. Let's be honest they are taking federal tax payer money 💰 to build their business. They are also taking state money in taxpayer exemptions. If they layoff, close shop they should not be able to walk away with billions of dollars of handouts. This money could be spent on education, high speed rails, upgrading pur energy security, lowering taxes for those most impacted by the high inflation that government policy and economic conditions have created.
Take the money, skim some off top for bonuses and then claim delays so it's never finished. Profit
If a government helps an industry to be competitive, its effects are not different from ones done by government subsidiaries and dumping which US always complain about.
I’m pretty impressive - my favorite line from this lol
I thought so, too, but think he says, “aggressive” in context of hyper growth and the interviewer having aggressive possibly unrealistic goals that over promise
Imagine high demand for chip but the company couldn't compete.
Tons of inventory no one wants
😮Things go missing when KT Holden construction comes to town 😂
Terrible interview
Intel is losing.

@@leonardoruiz5994 earnings conference calls, last investors conference earlier in the year. Overoptimism when all the data says otherwise.
I get it. The tax payers will pay to build a company so they can have a job. But the company CEO and investors will get a the profit without putting a dime.
Who are "they"? Thousands of people having a job? Millions of people getting cutting-edge technology? Those "they"?
Intel needed a bailout and the tax payers will forcefully provide it as they transition their business. And don't you worry about the execs, their pockets are stuffed like Gelsinger's. $178M salary for a year
I bet you know better how to use billions of dollars, creating more well-paid jobs.
If the state pays to build a road or highway, how's this different

@@terrywilson1825 Ok, just found his website, impressive, Thank you.
I would be very interested in hearing if chips in products that are now outdated can be recycled. There are chips in so many things. How would they even be reclaimed for recycling? I just threw out 2 very old printers. Both have circuit boards with chips on them. The transfer station considers them regular trash. They'll wind up in landfills. A tremendous waste of all the materials. Just a further bit, I have another printer that will be thrown out next week.
You know, if you look at Apple, they’ve built purpose-built robots to recycle their products, and recover the gold and copper and silver. But they can do this because they have a limited number of SKU’s - a really tight lineup of a manageable number of products.
The PC market and printer market are so non-standardized, there’s just no way to design a repeatable tear-down process that would work for any of a multitude of products.
Maybe machine learning can help us overcome this challenge in the years ahead. Hey grad students, get to work! :)
@@teejay818 I'm thinking more on the lines of the chips. Recycle all of that silicon. Look at any circuit board and there's a lot of chips on them. There are some videos out on YT saying that we may be heading for a sand crisis. Not all sand can be used. We use a tremendous amount for chips, glass, etc. Earth's resources are limited. We have to use it properly.
@@johnslaughter5475 Yes, but the sand shortage is being driven by construction, roads, glass primarily. If you want to move the needle, I’m not sure grinding down semiconductors chips to recycle them is the most meaningful approach.
@@teejay818 Every little bit helps. This is something that we will all need to learn. If not us, teach our children and grandchildren to practice proper conservatorship of the earth's resources.
@@teejay818 this is a extremely good point! the non standardization and propriety systems make it such a mess. It time companies be held responsible for their products after end of life. Cars can be mostly be recycled 80% or more but electronics and food stuffs, fruit cups etc all this damn waste that we as consumers pay extra to "recycle" and ends up in land fills us get conned is a one of the biggest problems. Any thoughts on this?
Honestly I'm fine with my tax dollars going to building more domestic chip plants. That $100B in Ukraine aid should have gone to this instead.
Hell no
Good step 👍
huge policy changes and regulations should have enabled Chip fabs to still be operating... so the money to get it started.. won't help it sustain .. one would include lowering the minimum wage
you can go ahead and work for lower wages.
@@Bradgilliswhammyman you have no idea what you are even talking about, the democrats continue to ruin the economy
So basically we are subsidizing a company that had record profits every quarter since 2020......10 billion dollar fab will cost them 2 bill maybe, they had 44% gross margins on 15.6B in revenue q2 of 22, so what's that 3 billion profit? I don't think they need taxpayers money, ridiculous.
