I wont talk about my "bad habits" 😅 but a good habit to help me draw almost every night after my 9-5 non-art job, cooking dinner, getting kids ready for bed - is do 3-5 min light cardio or stretches. then I pick up drawing pad, pen or marker or turn on my display screen and draw. some nights I like what I draw and other nights I'm like meh but at least I drew and tried to keep it objective. no matter how it looks, I just try to make time to learn or inspire myself to draw because a playlist I have on is visually painting a mad picture in my head. I noticed that I rarely touch my phone in the time I spend drawing. I want drawing regularly to be a fun and creative habit.

thats how it should be, Drawing for the sake of drawing, not to impress anyone or get some random internet points or whatever. Just sit down and get some relaxed pen to paper action going. extra points for keeping it objective ( sometimes i could just trash everything i did in a day cuz i dont like it when im done) but having constant ups and downs in your art progress and making is just normal, we re not machines after all : )

Your conclusions are solid, however the data used to support them is uninformed, slightly.
