Hey Chad, greetings from Germany. I'm a huge fan of your ventures. The art and knowledge of days gone by, mixed with ideas and alternatives for everyday problems without using our revolutionary standard, are incredibly exciting. These approaches are so old and faded, yet so much is in our instincts and seems so close.
Great work, also your camera work. You manage to make one watch spellbound, even if no word is spoken. I think that's great. Reduced to the essential. Wonderful.
Please keep up the good work and stay healthy!

Hello and best regards from Poland. I am fascinated by you and I admire the bond you find with nature - I envy you. But I have one question, from your observations of nature and the world, do you think that the climate and life itself are not going in a worse direction? In Poland, there are more and more whirlwinds, hurricanes, floods related to downpours, and the yields in some fields are zero due to droughts. Artificial food everywhere that has nothing to do with childhood flavors. I wonder if the same is the same everywhere else because unfortunately I don't believe in any media anymore. greetings

This juniper bark you speak of looks much like the bark of the bottle brush tree.

I didn't know that about Manzanita berries ☕
Manzanita is protected here in California
I'm guessing you can pick the berries though I really don't know 🤷‍♀️
It's definitely a beautiful plant with it's burgundy skin.
I hope you get plenty of protein on your trecks Chad

    Thank You Chad 🙋‍♀️
