Thanks, Happens to me every time I use a fixed angle. If I’m holding vlog style I don’t mess up too much. I’m not a fan either of the tint, but my wife like it and looks real good with the lights on.
I’m ordering a 2014 black Honda accord tomorrow from carvana, and I’m so damn excited!! I love how it looks, I have done lots of research and it’s been a car I’ve wanted a long time. It has 90k miles which is great for an 8 year old car. I’m very excited and thank you for a step by step explanation of the carvana process! I’m even more excited, also that bmw is gorgeous

Well, how’s it treated you?? I ordered a 2014 Buick Verano off of Carvana. It only has 35,500 miles which is EXTREMELY low for the year. It’s gets delivered Tuesday!

I have purchased and returned 5 cars with Carvana! I have number 6 coming Sunday, 2010 yellow Challenger RT with only 28000 miles on it! The price was on the money, and you can’t beat Carvana convenience. Love the Beemer, btw!

@@CarsWithKeav smooth process but I forgot to mention I never received one of my car titles after paying it off. I was told it was lost during shipping and I’d have to talk to the dmv.
@@foreversolvent5334 I’m hearing a lot of people are having title issues. We’re you able to resolve them? The complaints I see on the news is that they are buying cars and selling before they even secure the title and then have issues getting the title. Some people have not gotten them after years.
Yeah I will say that about them. Very easy to work with, my driver was pretty cool as well. Like non-biased helpful, but having a car that's supposed to be new for you show up looking like it's been sitting in my driveway for a month. Not so cool
Thanks for sharing your experiences. I was going to use Carvana, but ended up going through a traditional dealership as the vehicle I ended up purchasing is a rare vehicle which Carvana doesn't sell.
This is true they also don't normally sell modified vehicles which I was surprised they kept the tail light tint and I think they didn't know they were aftermarket wheels they just put BMW caps on there.

Appreciate that. Carvana is great just make sure to go through the car with a fine tooth comb during the 7 day return policy. Look for paint quality and overspray, etc. You can contact them and they have been known to resolve or fix issues without returning the car. Best thing about my neighborhood is its quiet and no Karens have been sited yet.

We had no issues, but a few don't. It is a very small amount that do have issues and you would have the same small percentage having issues with a dealer as well. SO there is no perfect place, but i will be using them again if there is a deal to be had.

They did not. They Drove it right onto the truck and left.
Second car from them is coming today. 2022 330i xdrive M Sport. Trading in my base 2016 320i xdrive i bought from them in 2020. They have been great.
Same here we won't know in the end if we are fully satisfied till the loan is paid off and we have the title in hand. I have confidence just based on our experience so far that won't be a problem even though that seems to be a common complaint for cash buyers.

Thanks for this video! Did you remove the license plates yourself from your old car or does the carvana delivery person does that?
Not sure about other states, but in Georgia you keep your tag and you can transfer the registration to that tag or get a new one.
I literally have the same car. 2018 BMW 440i gran coupe, but a year in & im seeing minor issues. Had replaced the crankshaft sensor & my engine light is turned back on smh
That's strange, have they said if this is normal because B58 normally are very reliable.

Any idea how their refund policy works? For example I ordered a car Saturday night but Sunday I canceled it. When I woke up Monday I saw my account was debited $1,000 cash down I put down.
I’m unsure of that. Most likely the payment was pending already and would need a refund. Maybe their systems are on a delay and the payment from them is now pending. I would call customer service I you don’t see anything after a few days.
Okay I got a couple questions for you buddy, I just found your channel so I'll go through some of your older videos, I just got my 2016 428i BMW (60kmiles, $23k, no mods four door) delivered yesterday.
So far dealing with carvana has been easy and the best one when it comes to websites, accessibility, etc. The car itself runs great, I will take it in to get looked over real quick. My problem is it showed up looking grungy, I bought cars from dealerships and from people and all of them including the $1,000 2005 saab 9-3 180k miles looked cleaner than the car that showed up at my house yesterday. The wheels are nice and shiny and clean, but that was it. No detailing nothing. So that was disappointing but not worth returning the vehicle for... But then.
Doing the walk around and looking at it the rest of the night. After driving it, there's a lot more dings and scratches than I expected. Also soft scratches that can polish out. Whatever that's fine. I did look at a lot of different four series BMWs the past few months so maybe I confused it but I did not realize it had three previous owners, one of them for only a year. The third one had minor accident damage on the passenger side which I couldn't find honestly. But looking at it online and according to the data on the site it didn't mention any of the damages on the rear bumper with the bad repairs and the amount of scratches.
Now, I'm thinking I might return it. I can get some polish and a few things done to it for fairly cheap. And if the inspection goes good the car runs totally fine... I suppose my question is, is it unreasonable to return it due to all the exterior cosmetic issues?
Also are there other options? Like will they negotiate the price down? You know if I bought this vehicle in person from a dealership or a person and he said 23 grand I would have countered 19 k with eventually settling on 20 or something. Is that possible still in that 7 days?

Yes, they will negotiate if you find things that were not listed that would lower the value or cost you to fix. Reach out to them there should be a number on the paperwork to report an issue. It will cost them a good bit to pick it up so it’s in their best interest to negotiate. The problem the big online guys have is there are so many cars and many people doing each task so it’s never a perfect description unlike going to an actual kit and looking it over.

Did you have to sign all the online contract paperwork first before delivery? And THEN additional paperwork after delivery? My new car is getting delivered on tuesday and I'm trading my old car in with them, i'm wondering if I'm allowed to wait to sign the paperwork online until my delivery or if they require it to be completed BEFORE delivery.
If anything is required before it must be filled out in order to confirm a delivery time. Then there was some forms that must be signed on site. Unless they have changed their procedures in the last year or so.
Just bought a Mercedes ML350 should get it in 3 days.

I didn't either until we went to the website to look at cars. They gave good value as well of course kind of wish I kept the van a little longer would have gotten even more money for it now of course the BMW price probably would have went up as well.

We were very surprised they were selling a modded car. Just mainly the taillights most car appraisers wouldn’t be able to tell the wheels were not stock since they had BMW Emblems.

@@Aryck143 Its an Msport so they come with a slightly more aggressive exhaust. It is stock though and we checked and doesn't seem tuned. Appreciate that.

Hey, so did you get your tag and registration already? I want to buy a car in carvana but I keep hearing horror stories about people not getting their registration and tag for months
We got ours pretty quick. Way before the temporary tag expired. I heard a lot of it has to do with the state you are in. I am in Georgia and our Tag office was open basically the whole time during the pandemic. Some states the offices were only open a day or two a week and others shut down for months.

did they test drive your van?
Not when they picked it up. Did a look around for damages then started it and drove 50 feet to put on the ramp truck. All depends on the condition you describe when trading in and if it is close to that. They can deny keys to the new if you fail to describe correctly. Transaction is final as far as I know once you sign the papers and they give you the keys. I never read the fine print though.

Its wide open here to, all businesses now have the if vaccinated you don't have to wear a mask deal, but we can't really ask you either so we are just taking your word for it. I miss the interactions as I would have carried a conversation about delivering cars and asked all type of questions. It's interesting to me.

BMW - Plastic Engine component Nightmare
I mean your not wrong about the plastic, but I have 3 bimmers and never had a mechanical issue. Any European car you have to be on top of your maintenance more than others. Biggest problem is the lease owners on the new ones treat them like crap and it ruins it for the used market. You can drive them like you stole them all day, but not until the oil is at proper temperature and you should not move the car until cold start is finished. Plus BMW is dumb for their 10k mile oil changes that just makes people go 15k miles before doing it. 🤣
This company is a total fraud...that you think this is a good deal is.....good luck buddy. Check out the history of this company. Why they still exist speaks volumes.
Never had one issue. 3 years later cars is great and I have my title. I have heard of others having issue, but everybody I know has had a great experience. I can only speak on my experience.
