The Guilty Cubicles video is amazing too. And I've got to ask because I'm dying to know, where were these filmed and what is this footage from?
Dev, all this footage was shot by my aunts and uncles during the vacations they took throughout the 70s. I transferred all their Super 8 home movies to DVD about 3 years ago. A big section was filmed at Astroworld. Thank you for watching.
@@WindTurbine813 That is so cool. Major respect for that. If you don't mind my asking, do you know where in particular they were shot? I'm guessing some of it was in the US but they all look like very distinctive locations, especially those vintage carnival scenes in Guilty Cubicles.
@@Dev-ts6zj The shots of the mountains took place somewhere in Mexico. The naval ship, I believe, was photographed in Houston. The water park with the swimming mermaids was filmed at the now defunct Aquarena Springs water park in New Braunfels, Texas. As for the so-called "vintage" carnival scenes in Guilty Cubicles, that entire film was shot February 1998 (!) around Brownsville, Texas during the city's annual Charro Days festival.
