Bought a pendant for my daughter's end of the school year gift. It is so beautiful!!! The finish is high quality! It is way above what I was hoping to receive. Keep up the good work Brothers!! If you are hesitating to order, don't worry! You will be satistied!!!
Will you accept around 1200 or so donated bottle caps to donate to this effort? Will that work? Various colors and sizes. They will be sorted before sending.
I'm a massive believer and advocate for reducing, reusing, reclaiming and recycling and try to instill that in my students. I love what you're doing with plastic recycling and only wish I could have a setup like yours. Bravo on the work and message behind these products.
What a lovely mould. I absolutely love the pendants. My brother traveled to New Zealand some years ago. He also bought one which is wearing permanently.
After seeing you guys, I got the sandwich maker, Teflon sheets, etc... and started making pendants out of my bottle caps. I love it! So much fun! Thank you for everything you do!
You guys rock!!!! I love the whale tale and the meaning of it, as a ocean lover and also an Island girl. I just have to say to you guys continue to do what you love and show the world. You guys are the BEST!!!!!!!!
Just ordered my first purchase! I got the necklace to help with a new beginning, God knows I could use the help. Saw that mud kitchen, what a great Idea! My daughter would love that! New beginnings are expensive though. Keep up the good work guys!
Ive always been fascinated with using this type of plastic and making awesome things like this! I've been experimenting with melting it in the oven.. haven't got far but I'll keep trying. I love to see that more videos keep popping up to show artists and other people out their new techniques and technology to make beautiful things and keep trash off the planet!
Hi guys! Although all the shapes are the same, none of them are alike, because of color combinations. This is absolutely fantastic. Hard to choose one in particular. Keep up the good work! 🥰🥰🥰
I love your videos, they’re so cool!! Wish big brands would use recycled plastic like this…. Its crazy the number of things that can be made just by reusing what we have. Would love to see more jewelry designs :)
You know I'm a big fan of you boys (goodness knows why) but I've just placed an order for one for my daughter and one for myself. I love the meanings behind them and as cool as the colours are I don't think I'll ever like anything more than the Phantom Menace (best colour ever)... Well done lads seriously proud of you 👍
This is just the second video I have seen of yours. I love the designs and the colours very much. Even more than those, I love the cheerful enthusiasm that bursts out of your presentation! Happy blokes doing meaningful and beautiful work! I hope it's infectious cos we can all do with more of that! In old style English..jolly good show chaps!
That's amazing to hear, thanks so much Julie - it's great to hear that kind of feedback as we really put a huge amount of effort into these and try and get across our passion for it, so it's great to hear that it comes across 😊🙌🏼
Just found you guys tonight and I love the work you do!! I love the idea of turning trash into something beautiful, and helping the environment at the same time. I just wish I could help more too, like many of the others that have commented!!
Those are cool pieces with an awesome story! My favorite would probably be the fishhook (and maybe one day shipping works to my neck of the woods)! Thanks for sharing!
Awesome! Love It! Quick suggestion, maybe you might consider adding a recycling symbol somewhere either on the pendant or necklace in case someone loses it or gives it away so people who find it know it's recyclable
Kia Ora from Aotearoa, clicked on video as pendants shapes looked familiar. Thank you for sharing your story and process. Please, out of respect and as you are representing another culture, can you both learn how to correctly pronounce Māori words you use, there are online resources that can help you both. Especially the word Māori, I cringed every time this was said, it reminds me of the way this was said in “that” way negatively, and when a person has no respect or can’t be bothered to learn how to pronounce correctly. And as you are representing another culture you need to be using the correct written language, Māori uses Macrons, the horizontal lines above certain vowels to indicate emphasis, can completely change the meaning of a word or sentence. As Māori hasn’t been used correctly in the description, it has been incorrect repeated by viewers as they are following your narrative of the word. I did see it was used correctly in a reply, but it was not used consistently as it was then spelt wrong later on in the the reply. I see you both have done a lot of research into this topic and it is dear to your hearts and you are not trying to offend. But hearing and seeing the language not used correctly, I just could not mention this. Only hope you both take this as someone trying to help you better represent my culture and yourselves by getting the basic right. All the best in your ventures.
I love these designs and cause! It would be so cool if you could make something that mechanical work with the recycled plastic. Like a fan for keeping cool
I am woking with HDPE plastic for about 4 years. Making diy mallets/hammers using wooden molds. Do you gues sell already made molds. Am impressed with what you doing and your contribution towards keeping the environment clean. Thank You
I absolutely love your channel. I am on board with everything that you are teaching everything that you are doing. I love that you recycle plastic and go out and get plastic out of the waterways and make the environment safer for us humans and the non-humans that live on this earth. I love that you show the crafts that you guys make with all of these plastic items. The only issue I have is that, me being the average person, does not have the machines that you have in your shop. And as an average person many of us cannot afford to even rent those machines or have vehicles to go and get those machines. Or have the means to get those machines. So if you could show us how to make something really cool with what the average person would have in their house to use for the recycled project, that would be amazing. Making your pens, that they're so awesome, it would be great if you would be able to show us how to use what we have at home in the average household, to recycle the plastic and make into your pens. That would be awesome. Anyway these pendants that you made are absolutely gorgeous thanks for sharing
I really love the designs, colors, process, story behind and all :D Your videos and energy are inspiring (I starts to collect milk bottle ^^) Thanks for sharing your journey! 🙏🙏🙏♻️♻️♻️🌎 🌍 🌏
Those look great! However, the Maori are not the only Polynesian culture that makes fish hooks like that. Hawaiians do too and they are traditionally made by hand from cow bone. I think it might be interesting to make one by hand from a block of hdpe. It would take a while, but I think it would look cool!
so i found a good source for some hdpe, motor oil quart and gallon containers, several different colors also. the gallon containers once had used dirty oil in them, but after recycling the oil, they are empty now. what would be the best way to clean these, dawn, or some industrial cleaner?
I'm so happy that you guys exist ^-^ thanks alot for these beautiful videos...i'm gonna do recycling too cause no one does it in my country. wish for a cleaner planet.
Wow that is so cool!! Such a awesome thing for using up useless waste no one else would given it a second thought over doing anything out of it!! Wonder if 3D printer plastic the same as HDPE plastic or what kind that plastic is itk? Make plastic tubes for a high heat glue gun as a very affordable 3D pen!
3D printers usually use PLA, though other materials are used (ABS, nylon, etc.). PLA melts at about 200-220°, which is in the same range as HDPE. I'm not sure how hot you can run a hot glue gun, but a modified/custom 3D pen (built like a pellet printer) could work.
ok e foarte frumos ce faceti dar cred ca mai multi se pot intreba unde se pot cumpara toate acele utilaje pe care le folositi , niste linkuri ar fi foarte utile.
How did you find/make the Aluminum molds? Is it a custom piece? Can you try different shapes such as religious symbols (e.g. Star of David, crosses, lotus flowers etc)?
Hola Bros from the states really like what you guys have been doin with the channel been working more with Hdpe especially caps any knowledge you could spread on removing factory paint on the top of cap have tried acetone.. alchohol only one that works is sandpaper but dulls and scratches finish any tips greatly appreciated
This is very cool and the finish on these are so nice out of the mold. I may need to make some whale tail cabinet/drawer pulls. Please beat me to it if you can haha.
Did I fall behind on your videos or is that a new injection machine? Those pendants turned out great and the boxes were pro. Did you also machine the molds? Nicely done.
I have watched all your videos in a week and it really inspired me to do the same.. I have everything except the mould.. where can I get one or how do I make one at home? I have no advanced machines so how can I do it? Please help

Bravo guys, what a beautiful way to stop plastic going into landfill

Makes total sense why you guys chose to make these and what a great choice to give 20% to a fitting charity too!
Thanks so much, James!

Awesome! Love It! Quick suggestion, maybe you might consider adding a recycling symbol somewhere either on the pendant or necklace in case someone loses it or gives it away so people who find it know it's recyclable
That's a really good idea - we'd like to add it to the mould design :)
Wow, this would be a dream job for me, I love the result
Totally awesome! Wish I had the machines to do it!
Thanks for the wonderful educational video. Inspirational. Love the whale tail.

So pleased that the Maori nation get a share.

With nebula is there a calculated ratio of colours or is it just go with the flow
Just chuck it all in and see how it turns out! It comes out surprisingly consistent considering the random mix of colours
Very nice! Maybe the plastic rope around the neck could be replaced with something more natural such as cotton twine or jute?
The cord is made from a 100% plastic-free cotton 🤙🏽

Bravissimi! Very good! I want to hope that you are already vegan ... respect for life is for all living beings! 💚💙💛💜❤️
We’re not vegan. We’ve both switched to a ‘flexitarian’ diet, where we reduce as much as we can. We’ve cut down our meat based meals to 2 per week

Acetone should work the best - that sounds like a pain! Maybe try a heat gun and scraper?
This is very cool and the finish on these are so nice out of the mold. I may need to make some whale tail cabinet/drawer pulls. Please beat me to it if you can haha.

Can vinyl siding be easily recycled at home? Please.
Did I fall behind on your videos or is that a new injection machine?

Nicely done.
Not too far behind, we've only shown it in one or two videos so far 🤙🏼 and thanks so much, they were machined by Plasticpreneur 😊

Nice one mr browning, not as good as my gameboy birdbox tho😉😉
I appreciate the outcome of this team work. How can I get the moulding tube to star for small scale business in area
