    Great job Mo! I run custom tuned Diamond D1 and Topaz T3 Air. I am about 290 pounds riding weight. With the custom tune I do not need to max out the other settings and find I can tune for trail conditions, temperatures and elevation when needed. DVO crew is the best!

    Did you ever do a video on the rear shock? Said one will be coming but can't find it. Great overview though!

    Thanks for this video Mo! I went with the DVO Onyx and DVO Topaz for my stumpjumper! Will definitely watch this video when I will be setting suspension! 😊👍

    Dude. I run all Dvo. Great great stuff from Bryson and company!! I set it and forget it mostly with a weekly check on jade x bladder pressure on my RipMo AF. What’s funny is I stress more on tire pressure.
    I ride in phx and Sedona on the regular and man the dvo is BUTTER

      Very cool and if you ever have an extra dvo laying around I don't mind taking it off your hands hahaha but hey I'm actually and AZ as well I usually go to White Tanks I'm still a beginner but it's been a couple of months my son and I have been progressing pretty good I think

      Hello maybe you could help me!!!??? I was trying to set up the sag on my DVO d1 suspension and noticed that my fork wouldn't even go down on 80PSI and I'm 185lbs. Requiring a 120-130PSI on my fork. Is there anything I need to reset like my high speed compression, OTT and or other adjustments. I equalize the air pressure every 50psi. Thanks in advance

    DVO is so damn under rated.

    Nice explanation! DVO will definitely take care of you. I just had an issue and Geoff at DVO was very helpful. I’m a big fan of DVO for their products and customer service.

    Hi Mo, can you help please. I have a 2021 ibis ripmo af. I done a few adjustments on my fork suspension over time and depending on where I ride. I was trying to set up my sag one day and noticed that my for wouldn't even go down on 80PSI and I'm 185lbs. Requiring a 120-130PSI on my fork. Is there anything I need to reset like my high speed compression and or other adjustments. Thanks in advance

    Question about setting OTT and SAG- the OTT setting effects the SAG, along with air pressure. If I don’t have enough sag, or too much, how do I know whether to re adjust the OTT, or air pressure, or both? Also, I understand OTT initially is set with no air in the fork, so can it be adjusted on the fly after the initial adjustment after the shock has been aired up? Thanks for helping clarify.

      You're question could be the answer I'm looking for, did you ever figure it out?

    Thanks for the video but there was some mistakes about rebound

      What was the mistake?

    • @yipyipyip
      @yipyipyip 4 роки тому +1

      @@moandhannahtravel Around 13:56 you mention adjusting rebound damping to help with support, such as after a big rock roll. Rebound has nothing to do with fork dive or support (except for packing as you mentioned earlier). Did you mean to say low speed compression damping as that would help a fork diving for low speed events such as a rock roll or pedal-bob? If DVO disagrees with my statement then please let me know as they certainly are the experts.
      When you post your next video on rear shock setup, I recommend using the word damping after HSC, LSC and rebound to help people understand what the adjustments are. It may help people understand that damping is controlling the rate the suspension move under different conditions.
      Thanks for the great work and keep the videos coming! I am really loving my DVO suspension on my 21 Ripmo AF, really a great product.

    Mo, I got confused here, if we took the air out of the fork how do we know how much OTT are we going to put then?

  • @BengLang84
    @BengLang84 4 роки тому

    Sorry Mo, I thought that the OTT should be base on the air pressure but when I checked the DVO guide it is base on the rider weight that is why it does not matter if you removed all the air out in the fork. Hehe

    Mo, I am really considering getting the dvo fork and rear shock but they don't make 210x52.5mm size for the topaz and they dohave it in jade x coil but it is out of stock. Hopefully they would have them in stock very soon!

    This is why DVO is not that popular. Too many settings that just makes it confusing and work to most people.
