Toni I recently started the beginner baby blanket “ Ombré “ yarn and love it. I am fairly new to crochet and Tunisian crochet. I had tried it before however the curling drove me crazy. Then your pattern Beginner Baby Blanket “ Ombré” yarn caught my eye and I started the blanket, I’m hoping the border and blocking will take care of the curling. KUDOS to you two ladies! I recently inherited my Mama's knitting and crochet needles. i came across this one needle, a crochet hook but longer. Size 8? I thought what the heck is this. I have never seen my Mama use it. She was a skilled knitter and crocheter. She taught me both. I never excelled in either. My knitting skills are hats, scarves, and shawls ... I find if I choose a beautiful yarn the easy stitches can still make a beautiful project. My crochet skills ... I know all the stitches, but I'm still too afraid to go into big projects. I've done afghans, coasters, hats, and scarves. I"m currently working on getting my tools and familiarizing myself with yarn weights, fibers, and practicality. I really want to be able to do some wearables. But I do have a Tunisian hook ... I need your book Toni!!! I"m getting it soon! ~ hugs a lot ~ to you both!
