- Due to circumstances beyond my control, The weather in Houston, TX decided to drop into the low 30's. I know some of you may laugh, but we are not used to this cold weather in south Texas. Winters are usually pretty comfortable. Anyways, I stopped by Home Depot to look into buying a heater for the shop. After reading some reviews I decided to buy this unit from Dyna-Glo called the Dyna-Glo Pro 135K BTU forced air Kerosene portable heater model KFA135H. Seems to do the job. Raised the temperature in my shop about 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
I Think its a great deal for the price! and a great gift idea for the holidays.

Thank you for helping me it works
You are correct I bought one and and a generator for a detached garage. I gallon per hour and great heat.
Nice heater!
If you add between 2-4oz of 99% alcohol per gallon of diesel will burn better and no small at all
@Supa Trending Daily I been do this for the last 2 winter on my car garage and is been working good for my ua-cam.com/video/xhwJoRtZ8Bc/v-deo.html
How’s the heater holding up? I’m thinking about buying one. Menards has the same one on sale for 230.00
Over a year later and it’s still holding up great! I’ve just been using diesel.
You out the bottom bracket on backwards, wheels should be in front.
I have this unit and according to instructions the assembly is correct.
I couldn't stand the fumes
I had the same problem straight outta the box so to speak. Very pricey to run full time too and my shop is quite large. You pretty much pass out from the fumes before it gets warm in the big space.
Did you ever determine if there is a remedy for the strong fumes?
@@Muddytrickle1 gallon of gas/4 gallons of diesel and it kills the smell
