@@Alboravin 250 rounds per minute is very slow for a self-loading firearm. The AK, known for a relatively low rate of fire, shoots at 600 RPM. If you want a windy day at the beach, look at something like the French FAMAS that fires at 900-1,000 RPM!

The plasma gun overheating thing is actually canon. Imperial plasma guns have a "safety" feature where if the gun gets too hot it ejects all the excess plasma into the operator's face, killing them to save the gun.
As a zealot I appreciate the boltgun love, though you gotta try out the flamethrower, primary is awesome at pushing hoards around and secondary will lock down a hallway with burning success

Bolt guns are basically bigger 50 BMG rounds, that explode, and also are just a different round in general. There is nothing in our world close to it in bullet terms. Only explosive frags.
