We met up with my friend David ( / the.hungry.tourist ) and drove over to Nazareth to eat at, what David considered to be the best Palestinian food restaurant - especially famous for his kebabs.
Diana Restaurant - This is a gem of a restaurant in Nazareth. He makes the kebabs by hand, mixing the meat and spices, and chopping and mixing all the ingredients with a giant sword. The Palestinian food was incredible, the kebabs and I especially enjoyed the lamb fillet and stuffed lamb ribs. It’s not a cheap restaurant though - Total price - 650 ILS ($181.95)
Galilee Mill - In Nazareth, we stopped at Galilee Mill, one of the most incredible spice shops.
Liman, Israel - Finally to end the day we drove over to a small town called Liman to eat at Michael Local Bistro, a restaurant that David considers to be the best in Israel. The food was very high quality and made use of very high quality ingredients. Total price - 700 ILS ($195.95)

The Food is Not a nationality, rather it’s regional and based on heritage and history.
Most of this food is from the Ottoman Empire.

I always loved lebanese food, north Indian foods also have a bit mix of middle east flavours. Being a foodie I always wanted to travel around the world to just eat. Its my dream. And that check list has one more country, thats yours.

Props to the David for taking you to the Palestinian side, was waiting for you to try kunafeh! No trip to a Palestinian restaurant is complete without it! And I make kibbeh all the time but never seen it presented as a sort of "cupcake" before--brilliant! Sahtein!

Many Kurds carried Israeli flags during protests in Iraq and I could never hate them either. I lived two years in Istanbul and I never felt I was an outsider and always welcomed. I was invited to their homes and weddings. I can disagree with Erdogan's politics but I could not say anything bad about Turks in general.

I love your channel my grandfather on my mom's side is Palestinian and he makes the best food and the best hummus whenever we go down to Virginia for thanksgiving to visit him I always wanted to go to Palestine but I never got the chance to because of the situation but I hope I get to go there one day and try all of the good food Palestine has to offer.😁

Dequan Smallpox Randolph aka Django Unchained it's the metal sword that heats it from the inside. I use bamboo skewers and they don't cook in the middle as well.

Mandrake high because wood keeps chicken moist inside..metal would over cook it...metal gets hot on a grill and you can't grab them.. Lots of reasons for wood skewers..
Metal works better for meat and vegetables.... bamboo or wood is betrer for fish or chicken.
