It really blew my mind.
Great demo. I just got into the beta and have been testing it too.
5:55 There is still so many unnecessary steps and clicks in this workflow in my mind. I also had a lot of problems trying to use their app, nothing would upload. My initial thoughts are that the UI is still extremely unintuitive.
The workflow should just be :
1) Upload the 4 correctly synced videos
2) Set the time of the first synced clap for example at 30 seconds
3) Set the calibration time period where you walk up to the camera to say 30 seconds - 60 seconds
4) Click process
Everything else up till this point is noise in the current UI in my opinion and there is far too many steps. And we should be able to use any device to record the video as long as the resolution and frame rate is the same.
The results do look amazing. I am looking forward to how this software progresses. I hope they improve/simplify the workflow.

Using GoPro seems still more stable than iPhone for moveAi no? Eventual frame drops potentially de-synchronize the video on iPhones for example. What are your thoughts?
Ok, I need advice; now that Mocap ai software is available do I really need a Mocap suit?
would be dope to film someone in a mocap suit and see how it compares side by side.

Hero 10 capture looks great! Are you as happy with the iPhone results now that you've switched? What caused you to switch over? Thinking about switching too, so would love to know your experience!

@@Jsfilmz Gotcha. That is a big one. I just did a 8 cam Hero 10 test and realized the 'Tools For Heroes' program cant do more than 6 connections at once, so my 8 camera grand plan just got more complicated (again). Gonna switch over to iPhones I think. Quality the same in your experience?
Very nice. Could you also do a tutorial for multiple people motiom capture with move AI in a video? I downloaded the sample from their website but couldn't get it to work
yea sure i only had 4 cameras so they suggest not to do more than 1 person
Hey man, is there a way to use UE for live action compositing? I want to add CGI elements into my real life scene. I've used programs like blender but the workflow is so much better on UE.
its not ideal i made a tutorial on this but its tidious atm
Have u downloaded the hand gesture plug in in ic7. Its quite cool. Its free as well ;)
yea i use hand gestures in iclone super easy to use

great video, but i see from the video that you don't have fingers capture, do you have any idea how to do fingers capture without having to buy expensive motion capture suits or gloves?
You can turn it on in move ai. Ill try one

Which is better the Go Pro cameras or the iPhone? iPhones are pretty expensive

hi not seeing metahuman in rigs for export was it removed?
same shit, they have removed it...
i think it is an awesome tool, but sadly no one of my several attempts finish successfully :(. only the calibration step finish ok (with 95% accurate), but when i try to make a TAKE the process freezing on 36% (always) and nothing happens... i think is a slow process but 2 hours i think is just a failure attempt...
yea dude it shouldnt take that long at all you might want to join the discord server and ask for help to see whats going on

I don’t know if you have tried manus yet. But that free software works very good. Does need a minimum of 6 vive trackers though. You can Real time stream to unreal to record in take recorder. Pretty stable Mocap with no foot sliding if the body measurements are setup correctly.
@@roughmoose yea i heard u have to pay for software to export right?
@@Jsfilmz The free software is fully functional except the record section is greyed out. But you can stream everything real-time to unity or unreal and just record the motion there and export as fbx
