My guess is either that’s whY he had in hand or the 03/early 04 don’t have internal EGR, only 2 injector cycles vs 3.

Thats absolutely rediculous the painless harness was dog $%/+. To what extent is the custom harness running the truck? Is it mainly a stock 03 harness with a few splices to adapt a few things?
