Curious if it puts stress on your hips that causes problems later in life ? 👀
My dad is spine surgeon and its totally fine to sir cross legs it cant damage ur spine.just keep changing posture every 1 or 2 hour
Crossing your legs at the ankles impedes blood flow and is bad for your circulation.
