    The worst battery cover design I've ever encountered on anything. Back to the drawing board with that one. Otherwise a great meter.

    Of course you skip the part on how to take off the bottom without ripping the connector off it’s extremely difficult to put in the battery with nothing to be able to pull it straight up, and it doesn’t explain it in the instructions either, also you guys never answer your emails

    My last 2 test randomly turned the vial blue? First one made it dark blue then I cleaned it, second one made it light blue

    It gives you a different reading every time you use it no matter how careful you are no matter what you do you can't be accurate. Somethings up with this thing.

    Always getting the same result which is 0.90 ppm. Any clue? I followed every single step yet the same result. Tried other brand and the result was 0.25 ppm.

    Why is your po4 so high? You need to do something about that. Gfo or refugium or something...god...

    adding the reagent like that (1:30) will not give consistent results it will get stuck in the folds

    Got one but extremely pissed at the pricing for these checkers in the uk some places are like double the price ....even hanna uk are asking £76 for each kit ($98)...what are they in America 40/50dollars .....I think hanna like ripping of there customers over here ....youd probably double maybe even triple your sales if they were cheaper took me 4 years to get the ones needed and that was cos of price ....only reason I got them is aged Eye sight

      I mean you're looking at least a 20% vat and other logistic costs. Makes sense it costs more but double is a bit much.

    After I turn on I get a c1 like I am supposed to then when I push to test I get a L.HI. I think that means high light! I have tried outside, in kitchen, in shade, no lights on no matter where I get that error code or whatever that is! Why is this happening? Is it broke? These kits are to expensive to keep buying. Pretty sure this is what happened with last one and rebought another so now If I buy another it will be my third! Its barely over a year old! I store it in kitchen in a cabinet and all my other kits are fine. It also worked about 3 weeks maybe a month ago!

    Is the accuracy of this is the same as the ULR phosphorus checker?

  • @michaeltalley1455

    Does the ULR use the same reagent as the regular phosphate checker?

    • @HannaInc
      @HannaInc  5 років тому

      Hi Michael. Each one of our Phosphate Checkers use their own reagent. This is because of the range at which each one tests for.

  • @travelwithme7133
    @travelwithme7133 3 роки тому

    It doesn't give enough time to add the reagent and mix for 2 mins. The checker turns off
