hi i just have a question regarding on the transmission shifter light . because at night i need to look closely to my transmission shifter in order to switch from park to drive because there is no light on it .is it really normal that the transmission shifter have no light or is it my bulb is busted?i know i can see it to my gauge cluster is it beside on my speedometer but just wondering is there really a light on it or not thanks .i have a 2015 crv exl

I want to ask you is it possible tu use this unit on European Hondas. Why??? Well, my unit is from Fujitsu ( Not Mitsubishi) with android 4.0.4 with mirror link witch have seriosly big problem, mirrorlink cant recognize the phones and Honda dealer says only sorry. My unit have GPS from Garmin witch is crap, wont work propertly, always says wrong direktion. Also we do not have options to buy another similar unit that can work with CRV ( weehl commands, rewerse camera ). Your unit have android 4.4.2 right? On youtube video i see lots of people in US use mirrorlink. Witch options this unit has to connect the phone with car ( mirrorlink, apple carplay or android auto) ? And mirrorlink in US can recognize all the phones with mirrorlink options or not? I hope that you find time to answer Best regards from Austria

Try updating the system so you can have Apple Carplay this is the link to the update file drive.google.com/drive/folders/19jEXb7bKARiXzVHkI_ROJ7eO7-GbA49a?usp=sharing and then just have a usb drive that is formatted to FAT32 and add the file to it but before make sure the usb drive doesn't have anything on it and there you have it but also name the usb drive USB20FD in caps then follow the onscreen steps if you don't see a pop up about the software go to settings and select software then it will pop up, hope it helps
As far as I know, it only works for the 2015 model, but I haven't tried it in the 2016 or 2017. The other problem is you have to repeat this process every time you shut the car off.

However, if you have Mirrorlink, you can mirror the screen and at the same time, control directly through the touchscreen. One disadvantage of Mirrorlink though is there are only a few compatible apps. Unless you have a "car mode" in your phone that allows you to mirror and control your homescreens (ex. HTC One M9).
