    Currently, I also have a shoulder injury. I agree that it is always better in the long run to take it easy and then build up over time instead of pushing hard when injured. I completely agree with what you said about basics when doing skills and how you feel it has to be perfect, and when it's not, it can ruin your mindset about your workout

    Totally agree with your skills vs basics point,skill are rewarding when you achieve them,but you are always judging yourself about them,it either you win or lose. Basics are about doing them without overthinking and just building muscle,thats why they are just chill and fun.
    Always enjoying the combination of those together.

    those 30 clean pull-ups in one set are really impressive, the super advanced skills are sometimes hard to judge in difficulty for your average calisthenics bro

    Have you tried training in water, like a shallow pool.(what your body is submerged, but your head isn't). It makes skills like planche pushups and Maltese elevations alot easier.

    yo barkage, ive tried changing my planche grip on pbars so that my wrists are stacked on the bars but this led to me hurting my finger. ive tried messing around with it and i just can't make it feel comfortable. it feels the most comfortable and painfree when my wrists are bent and off to the side a little bit. do u think i should train the way that makes me feel comfortable or should i let my finger recover and try to do the stacked wrist grip.
