THANKS!
😃 To all the wonderful people who have supported VideoRevealed 😃
This is the most underrated channel.
I wish they added a feature of deleting background if it’s not a green screen, why Capacut has it and Adobe premiere doesn’t..
Your Audio has gotten a LOT better!
Why in the world do we still have to use scroll bars to move the view around?
I think adobe are more of marketing minded than providing whats essential if they introduce something like magic mask or auto cutout or auto rotoscopy that would have been great because todays editing is more or less AI department and how quickly you can perform a task because honestly even free softwares available in the market today can do the same with accuracy but what matters in todays world how much time it consumes to perform the task ...
Hi from France,
Thanks for this vid🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
As always you’re very clear and precise
Have a wonderful day
I just need them to do better on the tracking of the mask when track-masking a subject. Its not BAD, but it could be WAY better. Thats why I resort to rotoscoping in AE most the time. But it’d be nice to not have to open up AE every project. But, I do love Premiere Pro and After Effects!
The accidental rotating was so annoying. Glad they changed it!
What version of Premiere Pro does this major mask update apply to? 22, 23, 24?
I've been searching for videos about issues with Premiere masking tools, and I've come up with nothing. First issue, I can't figure out how to get the mask tool to switch from pen to hand (grabber) tool while hovering over. It's supposed to give you the option when you hover over the center of the mask, but a lot of the time, it doesn't. And I can't figure out any manual way to switch it. Second issue, whenever I put more than one mask on a piece of footage, the first one gets totally F'd up when I'm doing the second one. It never fails. Do one, looks good. Do a second one, and suddenly the first one is miles off of where it was. If anybody has any advice or links to resources that address this, I'd appreciate it.
HI, what id you press or clicked to cut her out?
The auto follow masking is terrible in prem. I hope that gets fixed
Thanks Colin
I think this is way better but I wish they would have used AI to help with masking. Great video!
Very strange example to have started out with, especially since the simulated bokeh is so artificial -- and as you admit, that kind of masking on a moving image is completely moot in Premiere.
I need shapes like chat bubbles in comics. How do I make these forms?
Adobe should put the automatic masking feature that they have in photoshop
Yeah, something like Magic Mask tool in Davinci Resolve. At least after effects has rotobrush. But Premier is pretty spartan.
That was my first thought too. That would be amazing. Maybe some day. *sigh* lol
Do masks get a parametric function now, to adjust rounded corners, aspect etc?
And most importantly
can we now copy / paste essential graphic shapes to and from masks?
Oh I hate those Tangent Lines. PTSD
An advancement in the software that makes doing a mask within the editing program much better, but I think if you've got something that you're seriously going to mask (especially something that's moving), you're still going to do it in After Effects or Mocha. This is not the "go-to" tool for something that's higher end, just something that you need a simple mask to take care of.
People would rather sit in one programme than many. I know I do. Hate having to go to other adobe apps and back. Just longs everything. I'm glad the focus on this is here.
@@amohammed5181 I'm a professional video editor/animator and I am speaking from experience. Sometimes it is okay to use the quick and easy way (in this case - within Premiere) and I would if it didn't make a difference; but to achieve the best results for complicated effects, you have to use the right tool for the job. The fact that Premiere CAN do this, while Avid or other editing programs CAN'T is awesome, but it is not a substitute for a more focused program. Perhaps, in time, Premiere will develop this feature to make it better and eliminate the need to look elsewhere. Time will tell.
@Joseph B I see what you are saying and likewise I am a pro who works on projects too but wouldn't it be great if that particular task could be done in one app at it's max strength? Wouldn't need to go into the other app if not using it fully. Just my two cents anyways. It's good Adobe is working on things. About time considering what they charge us.
Can OpenAI's ChatGPT 4.0 (or another version) interface with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or can you use Adobe's Internal AI features to get perfect adaptive frame to frame masks across a video clip in Adobe Premiere Pro?
There is no better drawing tool for vectors than Autocad. The ultimate vector maker. Autodesk needs to buy Adobe and put an end to this bullshit maskimg the Adobe way.
