It’s so sad how it was his biggest dream. The EBU really were too harsh to disqualify him, JUST because he made some “angry” movement towards the camera woman without touching her. I feel very bad for him and I voted for him from SEVEN different phones and my other family did too.
It wasnt even his fault. The ending for Europapa is very sad for Joost and he asked the people to not film him after that. They had an agreement but the camerawoman still filmed him.
Ya so rigged
Also the ,,angry " movenent wouldnt be noticed if there would be a camera Man instead of a woman

He innocent. He Just wanted to make His dad Happy in heaven
For anyone who’s wondering, Joost klein got disqualified from the Eurovision Song Contest. His song was europapa and he would have sing for the Netherlands. He got disqualified from it bc he did a angry movement to a journalist who filmed him, but Joost klein said to everybody that he didn’t wanted to be filmed after the performance
Not a journalist but a Karen working for the EBU. She was filming him despite the agreement not to film him while leaving the stage because of the state he'd be in after performing what is a very emotional song for him. After asking her to stop politely multiple times, he apparently made a gesture towards the camera that Karen chose to feel threatened or intimidated by.
It's ridiculous how that got him disqualified. Competing in the eurovision was his dream, and he worked hard to reach that goal, and then some b*tch manages to take that away from him.
Im a proud dutchie🥺🥺

Mine too buddy, mine too...
Explanation of the incident if you dont know: so basically joost klein who was supposed to represent netherlands in eurovision 2024, was disqualified after giving verbal threats to a female employee, the story goes like this, joost klein was just leaving and the female employee (ill just call her employee) was filming and annoyig joost by constantly asking him many questions even after he said many times he didnt want to be filmed, it eventually made joost give a verbal threat to the employee, which resulted the EBU to disqualify him
Source
@@Nikocadoavocadosolos articles, I made this comment before more leads to what happened, what I wrote is what I knew beforehand
I don’t think he said a VERBAL threat, apparently he raised his fist up in a hostile demeanor?
Joost literally planned a week in advance and said that he didnt want to be filmed
#justiceforJoost 🇳🇱❤️
The chance that this is all planned is BIG. If you look at the most streamed songs of Eurovision, then 1. Would be Europapa by Joost Klein and 2. Would be the code by Nemo (both great songs though). The Eurovision headquarters and EBU are located in Switzerland, which explains a lot. I'm not saying it's true, but it may be. They might have thought that they could make a chance and wanted to host the next Eurovision in Switzerland, that's why they disqualified Joost Klein.
I'm not saying that Nemo did not deserve the win, he sang amazing. But still
The disqualification of Joost Klein was weird. Normally they should have let him be in the finals and judge him later if he is guilty. Also, he got disqualified first by the EBU, and the EBU had just little things to say about why he was disqualified. The news reporters had surprisingly more information about it.
Now we know more, Joost Klein was disqualified by being a bit aggressive or something. So there was a female Swedish journalist and she filmed Joost Klein, while Joost said he doesn't want to be filmed and warned her, she still filmed him. I think Swedish news said that he smashed the camera, but he at least did not touch the woman.
It's very confusing, lots of fans were sad that they couldn't see the Netherlands in the grand finale. They would 'boooo' at the Eurovision and sing Europapa.
But happy Eurovision though.
i agree with your pov. i wanna add to this list,
maybe they were afraid israel might’ve flopped. since the head sponsor is an israeli company or run by people from israel, maybe they were afraid that could happen
@@escpower5907why do people always blame Israel?
@@preppyxkenzie123 in this case i did not blame israel. i said that maybe EBU was afraid that israel would score less with the tele since they have an israeli company as a sponsor
