Nemo didn't steal anything, his voice is beautiful, while Croatia still got a lot of votes and the press award, while Nemo received Composer and Artist awards. In the end it was a close call and independantly from who was going to win, it would have been a deserved winner. Croatia was also the only one to not give a single point to Switzerland, they were shitting themselves, so even they knew it was a great contender for the first place. They can be both happy and prowd, , no need to belittle or discredit the winner. Behave accordingly and get over it.

It was more of a delayed reaction, likely because the Swiss team couldn't hear anything due to all the loud booing. Just before it moves to Estonia's result, you could see Nemo looking up at the monitor in the green room and then it cuts out as they start to celebrate
