remember when we had enough capability to move our own stuff, didn't need to outsource to civvie companies. defence cuts over too many years have reduced the forces to a mere shadow of what they were.
lol fat RCT bods moving crap 4 weeks the year doing FA for 48
Thank you for sharing your video! ✌️👍🇬🇧

Nice. Was cool to see them 👍
Brilliant video respect your work more, please .
Good afternoon everyone, this is amazing stuff, viewing from the Caribbean,
it seems that harry's garage is handling the transport...
It's very patriotic of Harry to help the military out
Who did we borrow them from?
I wonder why they are using some civilian contractors to move military equipment around that’s never a good sign that means they haven’t got enough of their own heavy loaders to move the equipment around so they use civilian contractors with low loaders or they haven’t got enough trained drivers to move them all in one go whichever way not good. I’m probably gonna get some criticism for this but I always think it’s bad when you see the army having to fall back on contractors to get their equipment moved if they can’t move their own equipment, in peace time something is seriously wrong. Just make you wonder how prepared they would be if they actually needed to mobilise.for real
I'm ex British forces and they don't have enough HET vehicles or class 1 drivers. They have disbanded 3 regiments of heavy lift transportation since 92 and only have 2 left. They have about 100 HETS left, which the let from a private company. The British army and forces have been gutted to the point that they cannot hold any ground that they take in a conflict. They would have to keep on fighting for the same ground, to stop getting cut of from brigade. We only have about 112 tanks left and about 35 of them are in bits. Fucking politicians.
Simple fact is armoured vehicles arent allowed to use public roads (they are too heavy and shred them), so have to be low loaded. If they are only moved a handful of times a year for exercises its cheaper to contract it out than pay a bunch of blokes to sit around doing knack all, and maintain a fleet of vehicles doing the same. Its happened across the forces, most of us have multi role jobs now as there arent enough personnel to cover everything
Probably on their way back to base from Collingwood. There has just been a massive NATO exercise in Europe, probably part of that
Using both an Oshkosh, Scania and DAF trucks for the British army transport
More army vehicles carted off to be sold, the disarming of the UK armed forces continues.
Is the British Army being broken on purpose.
Do you know these drivers Cobra?? They honk n wave n flash Thier lights at you..cool
Recognise them previous movements! Always busy on the road with these.
@@CobraEmergency gonna sneak bck home for today's show... we're not really busy this week

Using those ex rlc heavy equipment transporters is chronic over kill and probably costing way more than a normal truck. It's the equivalent of sending a parcel with parcel force or driving it yourself.
The first vehicle used to carry a green flag an d the last blue or red,I cannot remember which. This was in WW2 and the early 1950s.
Last vehicle in the packet carries green, yellow marks mechanical trouble, red marks carrying ammo
How are you lucky with army videos?
These convoys are a daily occurrence coming from Marchwood
How can I join British army
