Definitely the one-arm pullup and how to do repetitions of one-arm pullups! I finally got the one-arm pullup but only can do one at a time and just a few sets. Hey Frank, you still vegan or plant-based?

Frank Medrano It should be looking more like an inverted J rather then a C when you do it due to how our bodies inject air into the thoracic cavity due to diaphragm shape and function of the lungs. Breathe with your back not with tour chest. Trying to fill your T4 T5 area with as much air as you can cause thats where the neck starts retracting.

I'd love ❤ to see how I can keep fit in the office. I work 14 to 16hrs a day and I can squeeze in 15 and sometimes 20 min twice a day to keep fit. Do you have any advice on what I can do at my desk? I'd like extra time to tone up. I wonder if I can do it at my desk to. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it and love keeping as active as possible. I love healthy foods and I drink loads of water and tea. Posture and blood circulation is my biggest problem at work. Thanks again and God bless.

@@kbkesq I like Frank and he is amazing but weak in a few areas. Only criticism about Calesthenics is that it takes longer to fatique muscles than heavy weights. It does promote more athleticism though. :)

can't believe, the amount of idiots who don't know how to read info on the Internet is astonishing. Frank Medrano (athlete) obvioulsy keeps his age in secret, I guess that''s part of his plan. Wouldn't mind to find out tho

focus on keeping your core tight and engaged also you should start with getting pull up strength before you try muscle ups . when you get good at pull-ups muscle ups will be easier

Am I the only one who find it more difficult to do a ''kip'' Muscle Up compared to a ''non'' kip Muscle Up?
Lots of High/Explosive Pullups and Negative Muscle Ups where the only two exercises that are best I think!

Take athlean X for example he still looks the same after many years
And Frank is around 50 years old so respect him

Frank, you should use a person who does not know how to do it. Then it would be easier for people like me. Hands too weak!
I have tried many a times but unsuccessful for the time being.
