Thank you, you have inspired me to clean more often.
I usually never cared about cleaning and my house was all dusty...
But really, after just 2 days of cleaning a feel a lot better.
I shall try to stop being a perfectionist and enjoy the cleaning I do.
    My deepest gratitude.

Thank you. I love cooking and it feels like a meditation for me. Cleaning feels also like that if I am alone without my kids around. And being in nature is my priority to feel connected to mother earth. I was a pleasure to listen to it. Much love. 💋💋

I have a neighbor who is a lovely person, but very new age, older hippie.
His house, rugs, sofa and bed are thick with dust which consist of dead skin, loose hair and dust mites.
I sat on the sofa and got itchy eyes & nose.
He likes to hug everyone and I couldn't;t stop thinking about his greasy, dirty pillow when he presses his hair against mine
    to hug me.
I started to pull my head away when he hugged me and I could tell he thinks I'm cold.
It's not the case, but all I can think about is my clean hair & clothes & wearing the contents of his clothes & hair afterward.
Finally, in a kind and playful way; I confessed that it's because I don't want to feel that way.
He was nice about it, but immediately turned it around on me as if dust mites don't matter at all; saying that my concerns must
come from some sort of "childhood trauma" and that Pharma pushes the need to avoid dust mites to sell products.
I'm no Pharma fan either but come on..._
This feels like a gaslighting and excuse.
I fully embrace that there are organisms that need to challenge our immune systems, but WHY would anyone elect to
press up against something dirty when they could just as easily avoid?
It's frustrating, but since he is so much into any eastern philosophy that comes his way (usually Indian vs Japanese sadly)
I looked for a zen person speaking about the art of clean mind/clear mind.
I found this & am so happy I did.
We'll see if maybe it doesn't;t come from a white, American (puritan in his mind) if it will get more respect.

Would have been better only in Japanese or only in English - and with a more dynamic translator. But even so, it was quite interesting.

Agree so much. Not to be harsh but the translator, definitely not the right person.

Omg the most drawn out speech with this crazy translation format!! I think she knew as much as he did in English since she didn’t know much about the obscure monk terms either, he could have done it all on his own.
Haha all kidding aside, I like the content, but wtf 😳
Favorite part 26:52 Cleaning is a moving, dynamic meditation, cleaning is not a chore

Translator getting help from the person they are meant to translate from… really awkward to listen to as I feel she is not helping covey his points and just making it confusing.
