Photosynthesis: "The theme just shines" Well... yes! ;) Great game, and I too have gotten Photosynthesis and Planet ages ago at around the same time. They are easy enough games to teach, so I like them! They have just been shelved since we mainly do 5 players and their max is 4.
Hey congrats on the pregnancy and puppy!!!! I totally agree with what you said about Maple Valley, I have Creature Comforts and it is one of my all time fav games Maple Valley is good! But a lot is going on.
You might like to take a look at Forests of Pangaia if you haven't already. It's superficially similar to Photosynthesis but I enjoy the puzzle and gameplay loop more, plus it just looks amazing with all the wooked trees and forest spirits etc.
Wow another great video of reviews. So down to earth and friendly. Like I am talking to one of my friends or my kids. Congratulations on the blessing of a new child to join your family plus the puppy you you already have. All of our kids are grown and one is married. I hope you are able to continue to put out great content like this with all your other responsibilities and obligations you lead a very busy life. BTW if you are interested in a book to read I can recommend one you may like because my daughter wrote and self published it. Yes proud parent. All this while getting her Masters to become a teacher. Take care and God Bless you and your entire family.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'd love to hear the name of the book your daughter wrote! Publishing is a dream of mine and I love to hear about indie authors!!!
Great video! How do you feel Creature Comforts compares to Maple Valley? + Would it be more suitable for a younger player? :) Oh and I am SO on your team regarding the art style of this one. I am a sucker for cutesy art (MV, CC, My lil Everdell...). Finally, congratulations on your pregnancy! :)
My kids are under the age of 10, but they definitely love board games! Their current favorites are Settlers of Catan Jr., The Quest Kids, and SOS Dino!
@@AfterEvenfall I really can’t stand catan jr. The best game that I have found that isn’t a chore for me to play and my kids also enjoy is my first carcassone. There is actually a little bit of strategy but it is super intuitive for my five and seven year old kids.
Congrats on your pregnancy and puppy! Lots of new adventures coming😊

My wife would love Bouquet, I like the look of Planet. Congrats on the new baby, get well soon. Awesome video Bailey!
Thank you!
This channel gets better and better! Feel better and keep up the awesome work
Thank you so much!

Been wanting to getting Photosynthesis for a while now

Congrats on the new puppy! So sorry y'all have been sick. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Thank you! Will do!
Congratulations on the pregnancy and the new puppy! ❤
Thank you!! 😊
Nice video.
While I do think photosynthesis is a beautiful looking game, my game group was NOT a fan of it so I ended up culling it
Thanks for the review of Bouquet! Definitely give it a try with 3+ players. That's when the game becomes spicy! 😂
We're going to try that this weekend! I'm super excited!
Totally relate to the past few weeks being “a lot” with sick kids. You got this.
Feel better!!! Congrats on the new puppy and the pregnancy!
Thank you so much 😀

11:00 I also enjoy "cute" games made for adults. Like music, my taste in art styles is eclectic, and no one style is superior to another.
I am 100% the same way!

I have yet to try creature comforts, it's on our list of games I need to get out soon! And thank you so much!!!

Congratulations. Hope old are your kids? Do yo play with them yet? I’m guessing they might be a bit young still.

I'll have to take a look into it, I'm sure they'd love it!
@@AfterEvenfall I would be interested in a family with kids themed board game bites.
