I appreciate the mention of how others playing the game felt about the game. Gives a much more complete view of the game than just an experienced gamer's opinionated view.
i'm so grateful to stumble on your channel! congrats on the babyyy, it would be so fun to see in the next years which games you will present to they when they are old enough hahaha
You had all of the IV Studios games! I have been eyeing Moonrakers and Mythic Mischief. I almost jumped into the Kickstarter for the new Mythic Mischief batch but decided against it... Glad to see you were able to play them all! I like the look of Veiled Fate, but I have never been able to give it a spin. As for Fractured Sky, I have been tempted to get it, but if a game does not have a solo mode, it's harder to justify getting it. As always, great video and great mini-reviews!
Moonrakers and Veild Fate are both top 10 for me! Both very group dependant games but with the right people the both sing. Veiled Fate is best at 3 despite what you'll here from others. It's by far best at 3 with additional Demis to fake with
I just discovered your channel and I really like it. I would love to try the Star Wars game especially I saw there is a possibility of playing Chirrut Imwe and Baze Malbus in it (who are not in the original game, I know, but still) and Rogue One is my favorite SW movie (I know, unpopular opinion, but I can't help it).
Hope all continues well with your pregnancy. We've got Fractured Sky and have had a ton of fun with it in my home as well as the Transformers version of the Star wars game. You're doing great!
I had to pay for the kickstarter on this one but I really enjoy the game. We got tired of the game boards moving so I carefully superglued the cardboard piece to the plastic trays. No more accidental bumps and pieces flying. I just mean the flat part. Not the shields.
Good job Bailey. I still haven't opened my copy of Star Wars Duels but I loved playing it with you at your house. Also, was there really ever a time that you didn't have kids 🤣😉😊.
Moonrakers has been on my wishlist for a while now. Just haven't pulled to the trigger yet. Though it might be one of the next purchases, well maybe. Who knows there too many games out there to buy. lol
Great video, I totally love when a publisher sends 500+$ of boardgames for an unbiased review. IV Studios makes great games for reviewers, unfortunately way overpriced for those who buy them.
Fractured Sky is such an oddity for me. I did a $1 pledge for both of their Kickstarters and then didn't end up upgrading my pledge in the PM both times. I do dig the deluxified, magnetized version of it ...but at the same time I feel like I wouldn't appreciate the gameplay loop for more than the standard version if that makes any sense. Really odd in that it's in a sort of in between area of it having appeal but perhaps not necessarily real fascination for me. In general, I like that IV Games make the games they do, but somehow I'm fine with not having any of them in my personal collection. However I will gladly give them a go if my friends bring them to the table.
Totally understand that, and I felt the exact same way at first (which is why I passed on their original campaign). Overall, I really like that I can play Fractured Sky with both experienced gamers and newbies and still feel like it carries good competitive value for both groups without being too mundane for one or too complicated for the other.
Hey there! We have sent an email to you asking if you'd like to review our upcoming game (dungeon crawler roll and write). Please let us know if you're interested (it could go to spam box because we have some issues with that lately...)
That was really nice of IV studios. I personally think their games are a little expensive. Moonrakers and veiled fate are the best ones. The others are meh.
You look beautiful but you too need a team to play games. I mean no one want see reviews of but want watch the live enjoyment they imganie while playing the game . To imagine that you need play the game make them feel they will enjoy the game. After you are successful you get montetized by the game company itself 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Occasionally I stumble upon great youtube channels that fit exactly what I enjoy to watch.
This is one of those occasions.
Wow, thank you!

Tactical vs. Strategic planning, is tough. Definitely a try before buy.
We missed you! Welcome back!

Thank you so much! And I totally get that note with the solo mode.

Thank you! And yes, Rogue One never gets enough credit! It's one of my favorites, too!

You could possibly get out-of-print games from the BGGMarket.
Congrats on the future little boardgame buddy :)
Thank you!

Haha thank you!!
New to your channel. Some great games here! Hope you're feeling ok! ❤
Did IV send you these because earlier on you called them "Four Studios" lol. Either way, great vid.
Haha it wouldn’t surprise me! I had to correct myself at some point on that one ;)
Good thing they sent those to you since IV Studios is notorious for very overproduced and overpriced games
