Checked out all the comparison reviews between these two beast. I think the LSG has some features that puts it above the YS640s. Removable Firepot, optional charcoal basket, 3 times coated with High heat paint, and life time warranty on the chamber . Would be nice to see a long time review on both of these after you own the LSG for a year or more. Great job and keep'em comin'
Try the Pitts & Spitts Pellet smoker. It’s up there as well. Custom made in Texas and has full stainless options & direct grill capability. They also make heavy duty stick burners as well. They use 7 gauge steel for the body and 10 gauge stainless for their “roll top lid” vs Yoder using 10 & 12 gauge, respectively. They’re beastly bulky tanks that actually out smoke most I’ve tried food from. Take a look at em if you haven’t
I agree with you on lone star and Yoder being the bad boy smoker grill combos of America, I would also add smokin bros premier plus on that list. Fourth on down on the list aren’t even close to too the top three
What i would like to know is if you could only own 1 which would it be and why? Im looking at these 2 and trying to decide which would be the better smoker to own. Ive been looking but have yet to find a pros and cons video of the 2 of them together. Thanks
I think the LSG creates the most smoke in the best built pellet grill. I really like their controller. I like that you can sear and charcoal grill with it, the 40lb hopper, the pellet dump and the ease of cleaning the ash. Plus it's the thickest steel of all the pellet grilles.
Have a Yoder… I’m going to LSG next year. Yet, I will most definitely make a comparison video between my Yoder, Pitboss Lockhart, and LSG(when I get it).
Finally! We the people have been waiting for content on the LSG pellet.
I will try and bring y’all as much as I can

I want a Pitts and Spitts bad
Now that both have pizza ovens, would like to see a comparison of the two. Thanks for doing these videos - very helpful.
That’s a good idea. I may do that soon.
Can't wait that's some quality American iron
Thanks and yes it sure some American made goodness
Don't forget Nelson White's Outlaw Pellet Smokers made in Boise, Idaho. I have one on my patio and think it competes with any pellet cooker out there.
I will have to check them out thanks
Lonestargrillz & Yoder both use the Fireboard controllers made in the USA. The Nelson White smoker doesn't have that kind of controller.
