Cloudy & Cool Lauderdale By The Sea Scuba Dive 2024-02-18

The beach divers head out on a rare cloudy and rainy winter day. But the fish are already wet and we’ll join them. As we pass by Anglin’s Pier, we noticed another large section fell into the water at the end. Visibility was great and the marine life did not disappoint, including a nice little hawksbill turtle that said hi to me. The current was strong to the south so we started off exploring some of the reef north of the pier. We then made it a drift dive on the way back. Water temp was showing 71 and it felt cold as we were drifting back south.
