I’m glad the first girls manager took the situation seriously, most managers don’t want the “trouble” of calling the cops or actually even doing something
i work at mcdonald’s in australia. we have had some young hooligans come in, in large groups, spitting, swearing, throwing things and treating customers and employees horribly. they’ve been banned but continue to come here.
one night they were refused service and proceeded to threaten my manager and used homophobic slurs. he spat at him, hitting the menu board and threw our trays and condiment bars. obviously the police were called but only an hour or so later did they arrive, however these hooligans were still hanging around the store calling out to us and customers causing a scene.
on time a trainee went into the disables bathroom and there was blood splattered everywhere and a needle on the ground with the drug ice in the sink. basically a guy had come in to shoot up but it ended wrong.

I once worked at McDonald’s. Here are a few of my “horror stories”:
Someone once ordered a McFlurry with hot fudge in it. I made it and gave it to them. They came back 10 minutes later complaining it was half melted. Like, they didn’t think the hot fudge would melt the ice cream.
Someone once called corporate in my for charging them tax. They just saw the subtotal in the register and didn’t believe me when I told them the actual total.
I can’t tell you how many times people ordered coffees with like 8 creams and then complained it was cold.
Once walked into the men’s room to clean it and there was poop all over the walls. I gagged and turned around. Minimum wage was not enough to clean that up.
There’s a lady that comes through the McDonald’s I work at and orders a large coffee with 15 creamers and 20 sugars, there’s about 1/4 of coffee in her cup but she still has the audacity to yell at us when she doesn’t taste any caffeine in it, she’ll literally taste it while still in the window backing up our whole lane...

I used to work at mcdonalds in dc in New York ave and girl the prostitutes would bath in the women’s restroom. A customer chased one of our employees around the restaurant with one of the hot coffee pots. A customer threw a large cup of tea towards the manager and it landed on me 😂 then he proceeded to throw the trash can hitting the menu and knocking that down. We were robbed at gun point man jumped throw the drive thru window all I did was stand there in shock then run out the back door. McDonald’s is really not worth minimum wage.

I’m still at McDonald’s and there’s always this one guy that comes in around 6am and would freak out my crews. This guy looks about 40 and always with a messy hair calling every girl sweetheart and would try to hold onto their hands. I had to kick this guy out twice -_-

I currently work at McDonald’s and I’m still a minor and when I first started working there we had a customer who came through multiple times and hit on me then one night waited for me to get off shift at 11:00 PM and FOLLOWED ME TO THE STORE just to talk to me.

I worked at Hardee’s and they had crackheads for cooks. They would always take smoke breaks, use the bathroom and take out the trash then go back to the line and cook with their bare hands, rarely ever washed them 🤢
And to the girl with the story about Rob: Yeah, no. You start cussing at *little kids?* Seriously? No. You're gone. This is a family restaurant we're working at, who the frick do you think you are?
Side note: While many of us at my store don't like our store manager, she has said before to us girls in drive thru before when people start sounding angry on the headset, if someone starts raising their voice at us and cussing at us, that we're to say, "I don't appreciate you talking to me like that, there's no need for swearing, my manager will speak with you at the first window."
I've seen her do the same for front counter before too.

I remember when I worked there i accidentally spilled a container of pickles in the back walk in fridge and left it there. Long story short my manager ended up cleaning it up and he was so furious. No one knew it was me. 😳 oops
😂 my first day at Captain Ds I dropped a whole pan of freshly made coleslaw in the walk in fridge. I was scared of getting in trouble so I walked away. The kitchen people cleaned it and was cussing the person who did it. No one ever found out it was me.
I WORKED AT MCDONALDS FROM AGE 17 until 19. IT WAS LOCATED ON A BUSY HIGHWAY. ONE SATURDAY NIGHT AROUND 9pm THERE WAS A BAD THUNDERSTORM. THE OUTCOME WAS A BLACKOUT. THE OWNERS CONTACTED MY SUPERVISOR AND ADVISED US TO LOCK THE DOORS, GET THE CALCULATOR AND CONTINUE TAKING ORDERS AT THE DRIVE THRU USING THE FOOD THAT WAS ALREADY COOKED. WE ALL LOOKED AT EACH OTHER YELLED “ HELL NO” 😂😂 CRAZY THING IS, PEOPLE WERE STILL COMING TO THE RESTAURANT TRYING TO ORDER FOOD EVEN THOUGH THE HIGHWAY WAS PITCH BLACK!

My horror story from working there is a guy in the drive thru came through with a hearse.... and had a casket in the back. He order two meals but he was the only one (alive??) in the hearse. Still confused about it to this day

I work at a McDonald's and my story is this guy got mad he was in my drive thru waiting longer than he wanted. I work overnights and on my shift we only have 3 or 4 people total. This was a Friday or Saturday which are our two busiest days of the week. The guy comes to my window, hes in a strapless black dress wearing a wig (🤷🏻♀️), I ask repeat his order back to him because that's my job and hes like "just charge me". He has an attitude I'm like "I have to make sure that's your order first", so it's his order and he pays and hes like "I've been in this line for 20 minutes". I tell him we are short staffed and that his food is coming. I had him his food and he says to me "I'm going to eat this RIGHT HERE'. He then bites into his burger tryna be all dramatic and I'm like "no you're not you need to leave". He's still there and I'm like "leave before I call the cops" at this point I'm mad and he then whips his already bitten into cheeseburger AT my face. Now that's pretty much spitting at me. It LITERALLY hit my face, so I started whipping everything in my reach back at him until he left. Not long after the cops came and I had to report him.🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
