It was in the connector that plugs into the FP resistor. The FP resistor is an aluminum box that is attached to the stock air box, because I have a MazdaSpeed 3 intake its attached to the intake.

You can download Dashcommand in your smartphone App Store and buy a ELM327 wifi dongle that plugs into your ODB2 port, if you don't have the money for a Accessport. The wifi dongle sends your cars info out to a wifi signal that the app interprets. It's what I am using for the time being. Works great to monitor fuel pressure.
Having this problem now took it to Mazda they replace fuel pump maf sensor o2 sensor and $2000 later the car is still stalling out now they are saying it’s the fuel rail sensor ughhhh I am soooo lost at this point
I have a 2006 Mazda speed six I checked the fuel pressure it’s running at 465 then drops down to 300 and keeps dropping and eventually dies do you think this is the same issue I know the high-pressure pump on the motor internals were just re-done do you think it’s the one inside the tank
See the car sat for a little bit it ran fine before it sat and now I have this problem where it starts up for a little bit just like your video and shut off and then I’ll start right back up fine and then shut right back off I literally have everything done to this car I am just stunned

@@kohlgossler7083 it will only “seat” successfully one way, but the plug itself will go ON but doesn’t seat.

Yeah, as has been discussed it was a bad connection in the fuel pump resistor.
The reg is part of the HPFP, it has no test port so it needs to be read with a scanner of some sort.
Can you share any details about what was bad in the fuel system resistor/relay?? Any photos? I am having the exact same issue, to a few!!!

It was a cold solder between the FP resistor and the relay. Its been fixed.

Check fuel filter strainer in tank, Maybe it's clogged The fuel flows in pipe decrease
It was the fuel pump relay.
Check your battery negative cable if is burn and change it.

@@danbeirnes7989 I would check the resistor first, then move Ron to the fuel pump... I have another video of how I jumped the resistor to test it.

You need to do a 40min engine to computer relearn whenever you disconnect the battery. Search for relearn process for mazda on UA-cam.

And I traced it by looking at wiring diagrams.
It is not bad at all my car takes 7or 8 twists to start the car!!
