I love all these background details. I wouldn't mind having a version of the game without the alien, the working joes and the scripted parts. Just let me free roam that station, explore at my own leisure and read up on its history!
There is a mod that disables the alien. Making exploration way easier. However, hostiles such as humans, androids and facehuggers are still actively seeking to kill you. A quick google search and you should find the mod.
There is a mod that removes the alien so you can explore the station, I did that in my second playthrough because it was such a cool place. The only time you see the alien is scripted events or also if you get under a vent it can kill you, oh and there's still androids and face huggers. But it was really cool exploring everything without worrying about the alien scaring the hell out of me 😆
Man Sevastopol Station was such an amazing setting, felt like a true lived in place, Alien Isolation is a masterpiece game, a true underrated gem. 👏👏👏👏👏
@@artistpal.shubham I actually think you could make a very good choice based video game based on that movie (See until dawn) it’d be very different in mechanics but it would allow players to manipulate the movie in their own way
It's amazing, I loved the style of the vintage yet futuristic designs. I did a replay with a mod that removes the alien except in scripted events just so I can explore it without having to sneak around and there's so many small details I didn't notice at first.
Alien Isolation was done so well! Granted, they still stuck to WY as a villain and the alien(s) as the immediate threat, but bringing in the "working Joes" as a failing rival company to WY? Brilliant. Especially when you consider that it helped the developers not need to emulate the usual WY synthetics and different voice actors. So many little things were just so well thought out.
Call me a bit of an easy mark, but the "Weyland-Yutani purchased the station" bit was actually a pretty huge twist to me. I also liked the fact that Taylor never really betrayed you. Sure she was following her own agenda and company orders, but when the chips were down she took your side.
Yeah it would be pretty cool to see a DLC and you play as a crew memeber or inhabitant of the station and you watch the whole thing go wrong slowly, you see the panic of the others and eventualy the isolation of the station after all is said and done.
Imagine if it was just a game where you just played as a survivor. You could survive on the station as a mere scavenger. Maybe even set up bases until your found by others or the xenomorph. You would have to eat, drink and maybe sleep. Oh and hide from the alien. Could make a cool horror survival game. Like the forest, open world but has horror elements
I even loved the log entries and arguments between Ransome and Chief Porter. The nice side story with Sinclair and his "safe space". This game got so much love
They need to make a tv show based here characters = residents backstory survival stories, and how the synthetics were working against the crew would be awesome
Yeah maybe we will have to see, i don’t know how many people would be willing to watch because its all stuff they have seen before as well as i wont really be shocked by anything as i have played the game to completion about 10 times now haha
@@ProjectACHERON Tbh here's what I think happened: Amanda was discovered by a WY ship that was deployed to Sevastopol. When she was taken back, it turned out that she herself was infected with a chestburster due to the time when she was kidnapped by the alien in the end of the game. (U know, the time when she was gonna put on the suit but the alien was there.) Once the chestburster got free, Amanda was dead and the alien eventually managed to kill everyone on the WY ship. That's just what I think
I'd love see a short film about Sevastapol as it was a thriving station, up to the Alien arriving and running amok and continuing til it fell into the gas giant as she does in the game😊

Zeta I Reticuli and Zeta II Reticuli are in the same system... And you could have add the ironic story : David transmit his transmission of the existence of the Xenomorph from the Covenant to the relay Sevastopol Station ^^'
Yes but both Zeta and Zeta 2 have their own individual planets that orbit them they are not shared, technically Zeta 1 and 2 are loose binary neighbours
with the game files they found some things removed and so we saw what Sevastopol was like I saw some parts how is the medical place was totally different without graffiti and the shopping mall At the very beginning of the game it was very beautiful
It could have been such a grand station had it not been for the economic collapse and the Xenomorph infestation. Another trading hub for interstellar travel. But, nope. Went bye bye into the gas giant. Nostalgia.
When Nostromo went boom…The only station left in close proximity was Sevastopol… I would assume eighter European branch of same company(Russian or German or joint) Or maybe a competitor to wayland yutani
I wonder if in the future the humanity will succeed in making progress in space so as to be able to build a gigantic space station like Sevastopol Station. At that time We (now) all gone, become history and can only see through this video illustration as imagination. 😢

Yeah it’s like anything though names can be lent to anything. Romulus and Remus in the renaissance station. WY is three world empire mostly a British and Japanese conglomeration however it’s pulling from Roman myth

The developers confirmed there was a queen, you can hear the queen roar when you backtrack into the gemini exoplanet solutions, but Ripley was lucky enough not to bump into it.
Project: ACHERON It would not be a bad idea that in an upcoming Alien movie it would be located in the Sevastopol station and how we would see the chaos and destruction of the station and how those situations would show us with Axel and Marshal Waits
