    thanks for sharing. i am trying to grow lavendar. would this mix be good for cut lavendar with hormone?

      You could try it, but I would cut back on providing the organic fertilizer if you are just trying to get cuttings to form roots. Vermiculite and sphagnum moss could also be introduced. Good luck to you.

      We will test this soil against some store bought to see how well it does.

      You can definitely add vermiculite to soil, but we didnt have any on hand for this vid. Not sure what you are referring to, there was no vermiculite on the table.
