Beautiful wedding. Amazing organization and planning. Watching from the US and Indian origin. Foods looks yummy. Anyone notice all servers wearing gloves however all cooks and kitchen members with bare hands handling food. This is because the best blending and mixing happens with bare hands.

Yes where is the hygiene??? look at the video the preparation of missing the chicken masala for frying ..the guys wash his hand in the same water they use to mix the chicken again where is the cleanness??? ..Again the caterer please look into this and train your staff well so future can be avoided. tq
Hot rice containers should be in silver container not in plastic containers (not healthy) , suggestion not to use plastic container for food.. Fried hot chicken from the hot oil pot goes into a plastic basket to drain the oil..(this is not a healthy way of cooking , no paper towels in the plastic basket ( to avoid all this please use silver utensils to cook the food. I notice some not healthy way of cooking in your kitchen ..kindly look into it..tq.
Don't mean any disrespect, but I thought Hindu weddings were to serve veggie meals only due to regilon ritual in wedding ceremony and non-veggi meals was to be served at respecition party. But nonetheless, awesome video. Personally love South Indian food.
You’re right, however of late even in India in quite a few places and communities, non-vegetarian is being served in the main Wedding functions. I suppose this is due to changing attitudes and more importantly, the convenience of combining the post Wedding Reception where usually non-veg food is served (by the Groom’s side) with the main Wedding function food (hosted by the Bride’s side), an essentially a 2 in 1 meal.
